I work at nearby at a very large industrial plant and this 15 sandwich order was for our meeting at 8am. I placed the order at 7am on the mobile app, but called the store at 7:05am to tell them the app said my order wouldn't be made until arrival. I needed it ready at 7:30am, and with that large an order I did not have time to wait or have them bombarded. I spoke to Sierra who assured me my order would be ready upon arrival at 7:30am. I got there at 7:35am and NOTHING was ready! I waited there until 8:05am with Sierra laughing at me when I was upset that she did not have it ready or tell the kitchen! No one there except the cook and his assistant seemed to care!!! No manager even came over! I was badged with my company badge and company jacket, so there was no way not to know what this was about. Other customers in line were appalled at the lack of care or concern! I did not get to my meeting until 8:20am, with not only my supervisor present but others as well! Burger King, next door, has NEVER done this to our company! Nor has Dunkin Donuts across the street! I expect something to be done as this was a corporate breakfast and our company is substantial, ordering food regularly from vendors. I already submitted a complaint right after my meeting this morning and haven't heard anything back and it's now lunch time. Similar to the service, or lack there of, I highly doubt much, if anything, will even be some which is a real shame and EXACTLY why people are fed up with fast food places anymore! Fast food is suppose to be exactly that and not over thirty minutes to stand there and wait when you have them a whole hour notice!!! A normal restaurant could've performed better! I paid almost $60 for these steak, egg and cheese McMuffins as well. Honestly half of them were not even warm once at the meeting since they were not made all at once, but stagnantly because the other workers were too busy aggravating the cook with other orders in the line inside and at the drive thru! Literally appalling and I won't be back to that location EVER AGAIN!!!!! The Sierra girl needs to be fired for how she laughed and then lied to my face at first that the app was what caused this until I looked her dead in her face and asked had we not spoken at 7:05am and her personally assure me that everything would be ready, app or not, at 7:30am?!!! She replied yes, "you are right, but oh well, it's being made now and there's nothing I can do about it now but wait," walking away laughing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She was young, arrogant and fully uncaring about her job, the customers and the brand she represents! Again, I know I saw a manager at the drive thru who literally just stood there handing out for and saying absolutely nothing at all or collecting that child acting Sierra person!!!!! I guess corporate business to McDonald's...

When I went inside and standed at the counter the woman who was working the drive through window with the braids in her hair decides to call someone from the back where the grill area is to see the person at the counter which ironically was me. By now I look up and all Eyes was on me. Now if I was one of those girls who has poor self-Esteem about how I look, like I used to be, your crew members would’ve brought me to tears by how they act. With that being said my confidence level is through the roof and I still felt some type of way. Now, to the crew members especiallythe one with the braids working the drive thru, because it seems as tho you are not sure about your conduct I will explain this to you again cause obviously it must have slipped your mind since orientation McDonald’s Corporation be it franchised or not pays you to have decent customersService at the least. And to make food with a smile. I don’t care if a customer comes in wrapped in a towel you should not EVER look at, whisper about, or call other employees to look at a customer in awrongful demeanor or make them feel like they are beneath your standers. I am ashamed for this store for this lack of disrespect to me as a customer. Read moreMcDonald's at the intersection of Chatham Parkway and Ogeechee Road is a convenient location because it is nearby and on my commute to work. I've always used the drive-thru, until this afternoon. I'm compelled to write about the staff because we all need to know that there are people in customer service/ fast food who go out of their way to help a customer who truly needed it. After a plumbing problem, I had to use a public restroom and I chose McDonald's because it looked clean inside and the handicap restroom stall is roomy. I recently had spinal surgery and I was using a walker. I was third in line to order food, then an employee walked up to me and asked me if I wanted to use the kiosk so I wouldn't have to stand in line. When I told her that I've never ordered that way, she said she would show me how, which she did, explaining each step. She also made my tea and cut a fresh lemon in it for me. Usually customers get their cup and get their drinks themselves, but she offered to do it for me. A male employee joined her and they both offered to help me to my car and he held the doors for me. Everybody I saw there were friendly and very helpful. Going forward, I think I might just go inside more and not the drive-thru every time. On another note, this location is very high-tech. They have some dining tables that are lighted up as different game boards such as checkerboard. The kiosk is impressive, but really I was impressed by and grateful for their...
