Subway — Restaurant in Savannah

The lady at the front was VERY RUDE. Someone was already eating in there when I came in and when they left she gave them a really nasty look on their way out. I should’ve left when that happened but I stayed and ordered. I asked her what comes on a cold cut and she said she didn’t know. I disregarded that and went to order a ham sandwich instead. I wanted to add bologna to the sandwich and she said they couldn’t do that. I told her I didn’t mind paying more and she was adamant about not adding it. Okay cool, whatever. I continued down the sandwich line and she added my veggies. The lettuce was brown, the pickles were old looking and I wasn’t pleased with how they kept the veggies in general or how she applied the Mayo and mustard. It was BEYOND messy. I paid for my food and she asked if I wanted a receipt, I said no and she proceeded to stick her hand out giving me a receipt. They just flat out don’t listen here and this was a terrible experience. Save yourself and don’t go here. There’s never any cars in the parking lot for a reason. If I could give it 0 stars, I WOULD. Terrible customer...

I never had urge to visit this particular store due to the fact that the more "seasoned" employees were rude and nonchalant about peoples experiences. As soon as you walk in the door the look on employees face would rethink "do I really want this lady making my food? " ...no I didnt so I left! And bunch of buddies no longer eat there because of house potality; put a smile on your face. But thanks to Shawn R. I gave it shot and now my friends and family will always do business with her. And only her.. Not only does she offers a warm welcome she provides awesome customer service she makes you want to eat there. . Some of People in that store needs a revaluation. Otherwise all the other great employees will suffer with the bad ones.. it sucks because so many bad reviews about the same people or persons and store loses business which means your business loses revenue. This is not the place to order from. One of the server had on motorcycle riding boots,a long chain looped to his pants, long hair, with mustache/braided, and when I walked in this person made me feel very uncomfortable by stepping back from the counter., I'am glad that there was another person (server) that saw the situation and took over serving me; with professionalism and a smile. The manager was in the area who witness the event, and all she could say to this individual was, "Don't be afraid, the person you need to be afraid of is me" as if that person behavior was some type of joke. I would suggest that a diversity training class be taken by the manager and staff. I will never patronize the Subway on Mersey Blvd, (off of Chatham Pkwy), Savannah,...
