Usually I have a positive experience, but today was one I have decided to share. One guy working in the front taking care of a customer making 3 sandwiches, he gets almost completely done with his order before a second employee shows up from the back and asks what I would like. She then proceeds to stock everything, pick up an online order, and start making this order before starting mine. I don’t know the policy about the order employees should follow, but I don’t think an order should be taken if you aren’t prepared to make it. A simple “I’ll be right with you”, would’ve made me feel a lot better about standing there. I even tried to correct her when she started making a footlong instead of the salad I had requested, not realizing she was making someone else’s food. I shared a coupon with a patron and was asked my order. When I proceeded, the sandwich maker asked if I were using a coupon for the supreme meat sandwich and then said that I could not use the coupon for that particular sandwich. Coupon has no restrictions and this is not a double meat sandwich. It's the same sandwich that I have ordered in the past both in store and online.... He could not remain calm while answering simple questions such as what I needed to do to begin start or move along with the process of receiving my refund. He told me I was wasting his time. He hung up on me during the Conversation. Well, I understand their frustrations his unprofessionalism was baffling to say the least.
