Wendy's — Restaurant in Savannah

This is the worse place I've ever been to . I stood waiting at the register for at least 10 mins, 6 workers standing there staring at me . No welcome greeting , how are you , nothing ! One of the girls very young with a nasty attitude walks up toward me and I finally spoke up and asked if I could place an order? No response from her, she then just slowly walks over to register and stands looking at me. Still not spoke a word. I asked her what the deal was for that I seen outside " , oh my Lord ,she then point above her head speechless ! I said what exactly are you pointing to ? Then she said ' that's why you was asking for it's up there . I just worked a whole shift driving a flatbed truck since 3am till 2pm in this hot ga heat and you little children want to stand around and wait for me to put my own order in at a computer behind me ???? I just got off work , actual work. This will be going to corp as well. Not one single person in there showed any customer service. Disrespectful, unethical,rude and much more. Don't eat here or give them a reason to have a job they can't fulfill. No hair nets, no gloves, hair swinging everywhere , and the dining room was just filth along with the restroom ,my hands felt cleaner before I went to wash them but please make sure they getting paid what I get paid for driving an 18 wheeler ,pulling tarps in this heat and strapping loads down because they work so hard holding up the counter tops....

I walked from my hotel to this location (this was my first time coming here), as I approached I saw a sign that stated the dining area is closed at 8p and I was walking in at 7:57p.

I was standing behind a couple that looked like they were making up their minds, but they might have already placed their order (I'm not sure), they ended up getting out of the way and I walked up to the register. Off on the side there was a woman who told me that the dining area was closed and that I had to go to the drive thru. I mentioned that I walked there and was informed that I could walk to the drive thru.

Before walking to the drive thru, I requested to use the bathroom which was granted and I was thankful and appreciative of that. I have never placed an order on foot at a drive thru so I walked over to where the cars roll up to to place their orders, I was informed to go to the window to place my order.

The employee at the order window and the employee at the pick up window were good. I ordered a small frosty and 6 piece spicy nuggets.

My only thing with this experience is I was completely caught off guard and a bit disappointed. Although, I understand that I walked in just before which resulted in the possibility of being denied service, but the disappoint part is there was nothing I could have done to prepare for the situation because I wouldn't know about the timing until I showed up to see the...

I’m staying in a hotel across from this location so I’ve eaten at this Wendy’s a few times. Every single time I go it’s horrible. This is by far the absolute worst place in this entire area. EVERY SINGLE ONE WORKING THERE HAS AN ATTITUDE ISSUE. I saw the manager having a yelling match with a customer about a $2 refund, calling the man names and honestly instigating the situation. After he leaves she continues to talk really loud so absolutely every customer in the front, can hear what’s happening in the back. Second I walk up to Wendy’s from the hotel at 8:25 PM. And all the doors are locked and all the employees can see me trying to get in so they all go to the back so nobody can talk to them. I call the Wendy’s to ask if they’re closed for some reason. The woman has an immediate attitude with me for me asking a simple question. She then replies to me that the drink machine is leaking and that she needed to close the ENTIRE restaurant down. Added a photo of this drink machine (with an absolute mess).How about call it for what it is. Every single person at this location is absolutely lazy, with an attitude.
