Dunkin' — Restaurant in Sayre

I’ve never had treatment like I did yesterday from the evening manager as well as the drive through employee. Our cappuccino was not as ordered however they argued that it was. When it was handed to me and I asked which drink it wasn’t of the three I ordered, they took it back and argued amongst themselves about what it was and slapped the label on it. My son tried it and it was horrid, I tasted it and confirmed. I asked if it was made as ordered and the employee proceeds to school me on what cappuccino is supposed to taste like. Bitter. As I’m driving away, the employee leans out the window and tells me if I don’t like it I can go to the other Dunkin on Elmira st. The manager then leans out the window and YELLS I will not let you treat my employees this way. I asked for confirmation of my drink? I started to drive away completely shocked, and gave him the universal wave. The then leans out the window and SCREAMS F$&@ YOU!!! I felt bad for the poor girl sitting in front of him waiting for her order. I’ll NEVER return. Elmira st. Dunkin will forever get my business...

In my opinion, this place was amazing! They were really busy, and didn't have certain products, BUT their service made up for it completely. Although they didn't have the dragon fruit refresher, they made up for it by telling me in such a sweet and kindest way possible that the didn't have it. Then they also refunded me for it and gave me a small tea instead on the house! The place smelled amazing, parking lot extravagant, and service was given with excellentcy. Although they were severally busy, I still got my order within 5 minutes of being in there. The workers used many manners; such as thank you, good afternoon, how are you, how was your day, and overall made ME feel like a day one costumer and/or client. It did not cost hardly anything for three drinks and three donuts. Costing only $10.97. The service, yes once again, was beautiful, their decorations made me feel very welcome. This is the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. It's never consistent. About the only thing that is consistent is your order being wrong. The line is always horrendous, expect to wait. I've never been here and through the drive through in under 20 minutes, even with an order ahead pick up order. The coffees always taste watered down, like the grounds have been run through the pot over and over again.

Last time we went we ordered ahead. 2 coffees, a free egg muffin, and a specialty donut. When we checked the bag we saw it was missing the donut. We said something to the girl at the window about it missing. She replied oh that's because we're sold out. She never told us when we got there and was going to let us drive away without a refund for the $5 donut. We had to ask for something equivalent and she gave us one of the simple plain unglazed donuts.
