Terrible. Ordered pretzel dog bites and couldn't even get what we wanted. The employee said "I dont know when they will be ready." I said I didnt mind waiting. He stated again "he had no idea when the pretzel dogs would be made"

How on earth do you not know when your own product is going to be made. Ive went to other Auntie Anns and when there are no readily made pretzel dogs they always say it will take...

The most pathetic workers in existence. Kid working the cash register had broccoli hair, AirPods in and a terrible attitude. It seems a lot like his father abandoned him as a child based on his attitude....
