I go here almost every morning. I get the same thing every morning. Not once have I littered. But, I do admit, I accidentally threw something out the window on this -23 degree weather. How? I rolled down my window as I was trying to throw away my old Dunkin donuts drink(or some drink) and it spilled on my hand. My fault. But it froze to my hand and my reaction was to shake it off and it flew out the window. Couldn't make it up if I wanted to. As I get to the window I greet the guy and he gives me this angry look. I get why so I apologized and after I pulled away I went and picked it up. I was in line so my initial reaction was get through the line since there were 3 cars behind me. He didnt want to hear my apology and went on and said "Next time bring your trash here and we'll throw it away for you." Its not what he says that upset me. It's the fact that he made an assumption and instead of listening, he had an urge to make a comment and shut the window. Not once during my daily visits did I complain about his on and off attitude. I give everyone the benefit of a doubt. The 2 girls that are there are always cheery and great. Hes always on and off and this time I felt I needed to say something. I admit I was at fault. After u went through the line, I went back and picked it up as was my intention. It was an accident and not intentional. But, dont give me an attitude, an angry look, then shut the window like you did as I was trying to apologize, explain what happened and let you know I was going to pick it up. This DD is my go to. Every morning. I'm sorry I littered but I didnt do it on purpose. I still find it funny that the drink spilled, froze to my hand, and flew out the window as I was trying to shake it free. Next time, ask for an explanation, and attempt to listen. But the attitude you gave and have given on many visits warranted this review. The store get 5 stars. I'm upset with this particular person and his consistent bad attitude. Smile sir. It goes a long way. Too bad I'll start driving a mile the other direction just because of this visit even though this DD is on the way.
PS I also took a video of me picking up my trash just cause I was angry and am more than willing to share it. Like I said, it was my intention to pick it up and I did. I could've said forget it and left it especially after the attitude. But I still went...

I repeated my order 5 times at the drive through. My order was 2 plain bagels, 2 plain cream cheese on the side, 2 classic donuts, 2 boston creme. SANDRA told me they are out of Boston creme and they have choc frosted instead, but only 1. I said ok give me one. When i pull up to pay, she says we are out of plain cream cheese, so i go with strawberry. Then she hands over food to me and i notice she didn't give 2 classic donuts and she didnt charge me either. I told her she missed it and hand over the card to her again. She tells me "I told you we are out of classic donuts". Which is a lie, coz she told me only about Boston creme. I kept telling her that she didnt tell me about it. I asked her multiple times not to argue and tell me what donuts do you have. But she was stubborn on telling me that she told me they are out of classic donuts. She finally tells me what donuts they have and i order 2 more frosted donuts. Another cashier comes and asks me what i want. I said i already repeated the order many times to Sandra so she should give me the donuts and charge me for it. Finally the other cashier tells me that "Sandra walked out". So i have to tell her again what i want. I tell her to give me 2 frosted donuts. She gives me but didn't charge me for it. I kept telling her that i will not take free food so charge me for this. She closed the window saying "Have a nice day". Read moreIf I could give this Dunkin no stars I would. This used to be my go to Dunkin. I hate to admit that sometimes I would even stop there more than once a day. This store has really gone down hill. I want to let you know that prior to writing this review I reached out to Dunkin about my disappointments. The staff is rude, you orders are rarely right, and they take forever. When you share with them that your order is not right they argue with you. Two weeks after I reached out the district or regional manager (I am not sure which one) reached out to me. I shared my frustrations with this store and she assured me they are working on it and that she would make it better. I shared that so many of my order have been wrong and ultimately wasted. About a week later I received a general letter that they obviously send all of their upset customers as it was addressed dear sir or madam and a coupon for a free medium coffee. I reached back out to her and explained how I was still disappointed as I don’t drink regular coffee (I typically drink lattes or refreshers) and they should do better. I even requested her supervisors information. I received an automated response that she was off for 2 weeks. It’s been a week since her email said that she has returned and I have heard nothing. I am not typically one to write reviews but I decided to after I gave the store and the district manager ample time to make things right.
