Dunkin' — Restaurant in Schaumburg Township

If I could get zero stars, that would be my option a little while back I wanted to get my mom a coffee so I went in and ordered the coffee. My mom specifically wanted extra pumpkin with something else. I think it was cream and sugar but anyways, after purchasing it….heading back to my mom she knew that it was not made right because she knows how it taste cause that’s her regular order. Then I kindly walked back into the store and wanted to ask the lady that was helping me if she could add the extra stuff but even getting talk to her she gave me a look and then rudely said WHAT with an attitude, so of course I’m not one to be played with So I gave her an attitude I told her that this coffee was not made right because my mother tasted it and she knows how the order taste like and so can you please add extra pumpkin and cream and sugar then all of a sudden try to play victim it was like, but I already added the cream of sugar. And acted all innocent by acting confused then I said well can you at least added it again and see if she’ll like it then all of a sudden she started speaking another language to the other workers, and laughed while they looked at me, so already I felt uncomfortable and very disrespected because she didn’t even look professional with her messy, dry hair Crusty wrinkly face and wanted to disrespect me so I said obviously Looking at what she wore and where she works, she was obviously Struggling in life so I said thank you so much and after heading back, my mom liked her drink so obviously, they clearly didn’t add it even and if they added it in the first place, she still was very disrespectful because I came back and just asked for a tiny little fix. This dunkin has a much friendlier gentleman behind the counter. I totally enjoyed my cup of coffee. I noticed he had a pot sitting there half empty.. I asked for a fresh cup and with no hesitation he made fresh coffee with a smile! I’m actually sitting and enjoying my cup of coffee with no hassle.. the other locations 801 meacham n Walmart has the worst person behind the counter. His name is kanubhai:-( bad attitude, he yelled and talked over me as if I was his boyfriend.. I only asked for fresh coffee.. he told me if I didn’t like the coffee I shld go somewhere else.. so after going to vedeika, the district manager who did nothing by the way. I went to corporate... I won’t stop there til this person doesn’t work with the public anymore! Or he’s forced to take a customer service class and mayb vedeika needs a customer relations...

I’ve been customer for this Dunkin’ Donuts since was open for business not every day four times a week time I stop by and buy my coffee The service was OK but yesterday something happened really I was there I went to the washroom to wash my hands and I forgot my wallet in the car so I wash my hands and I went out to get my wallet and this guy was standing by the cashier and he is screaming me next time if you want to use the washroom you have to buy something Indian guy it is the owner of the place and I went back and buy ice coffee and I ask why they say that i’ve been customer for a long time I deserve respect i spend money in there and he is walk away so for sure I will find another place where they can trade you better the customer I will never spend a...
