Leen's Lounge — Restaurant in Schaumburg Township

So my wife, friends, and family have come here at separate occasions. We have come here for trivia, parties, and/or just going out. Management needs to step up as you can obviously tell when they are busy there is no structure. They are super nice the ladies so that's not the issue. The issue is we waited 20 minutes for a drink and people were served before us. Again this has happened more than once. They are not to big or swamped to be making people wait so long. You can tell one is a waitress and the other is a bartender and waitress. They need to be staffed more for trivia nights or events that is management 101. The food is great for bar food no issues there. But the fact they can notice we have extra chairs before taking our orders is a little sad. The only reason we come here is to support the town. But there is a bar opening up across the street so maybe the competition will help this...

The vibe is awesome, drinks are great, staff were cool even the owner was very down to earth I will definitely be coming back! The had a really cool raffle going for the bears game definitely check it out if you're looking for a game day...
