Donna and the manager and the employees, they discriminate a young boy with special needs. They didn't what to take the food koorder. The young boy went to the register 3 times and all the employees would ignore and wouldn't take his oder. So i went to the manager to get his attention and right away wanted to help me to take my oder. I got mad and told him i don't need help the young boy needs help that's the only way they help him. Wild Donna was watching that the young boy went and wait to get help so he can oder. She saw, what was going on she could have stand up from the table to help the young boy. I talk to the manager and said to him why are you and the employees are discriminating and don't what to help a special need perso. Yes i told him if it was your son or grandson you wouldn't like that they do that to him. So i told him don't ever do that again. Donna came up to me and said i took care of it aready she's like i saw the whole thing, i told her I'd you did why you didn't stand up from where she was sitting to help the young boy why did she had to wait untill i got the attention to get help really. I told her you guys are discriminating that's not right. She is no we are not... This happen around 4pm today. ... Why do i have to lie they gave cámaras.. i got kicked out because i was defending the young boy. Never again i won't go to this McDonald's. This was my first and last time going to this location on Higgins in Hoffman Estates really bad service and discrimination... And nuggets are the worst they...
Read moreAfter a long time, I went back to McDonald's and was amazed at the terrible service they provided me. The workers in cell phones, did not provide me my receipt and when I asked him for my receipt he made me faces and when they delivered my food thru the drive-thru they practically threw it out the window and the employee left immediately without saying a word and for the first time, I asked to speak to a manager. I only talk to the manager when the service is outstanding to take into account for a better salary and better job opportunities. But this time it was the exception and I asked to talk to the manager and I found out that the employee who gave me the terrible service was the manager and he tried to justify by saying that he was super busy and had no staff when there were only three cars behind me. He definitely doesn't know what it means to be busy, to have 3 register open taking orders and on each line to have more than 10 people in line, and having only 6 employees including the manager, now that's being busy. I never got an apology or a thanks for being one of the reasons why he had a job. No wonder why humans are being replaced...

I am beyond speechless right now, I had ordered, I got home and saw that they had forgot my nuggets (I should of checked before leaving) no big deal, I go back, explain to them the situation, they tell me to go to the second window, the lady immediately starts to give me attitude, tells me they can’t do anything because I had already ate the food, I tell her that I haven’t, and that my wife took the food home, and that I came back for the nuggets.. she all of sudden starts yelling at the top of her lungs at the other employees, swearing at them, I could hear all of it.. I felt horrible for them, no one should have to be treated that way... she finally gives me the food, doesn’t even apologize to me. Idk what this lady’s name is, but you do not treat customers like that or your own co workers, or any other human for that matter. this lady needs to be fired immediately and does not need to work with other people... can anyone help me find this stores corporate number so I can put in a complaint.
