Absolutely terrible customer service.
I for one work as a barista where it gets a lot busier than this McDonalds, for those of you wondering.
Anyways, onto the point. Plenty of times will I go in to order, and they will often get it wrong. Currently it isn't as big as an issue as it once was, but something that needs to be addressed. Also these orders were made during the less busy hours.
Just today in the drive through, I could not believe the disrespect I was getting from this Employee. I ordered two strawberry-watermelon slushies. However, due to my previous experience of this McDonalds often getting my order wrong, when I saw one slushy being held I thought they must've gotten my order wrong again. So I kindly ask where my other slushy is. Then the employee proceeds to say in a very aggressive and demeaning tone "it is coming, how do you expect me to give you all of them at once". I understand that giving two drinks out the drive thru window may be awkward, however, there is a cup holder that I am usually given to ease this. Today, I was not given the cup holder. (No biggie, two separate slushies is fine too). However, I don't understand the challenge of at least showing both slushies to show that my order was ready instead of hiding it behind the drive thru window. But what I find the most shocking is the attitude he showed the customer. I do not know what kind of day he has been having or what he is going through, however, if you are going to work in the food industry -- especially if it comes to serving customers -- it is the employee's duty to respectfully take and give orders. No customer should have to go through the same experience as I did. Because of this experience I will likely never come back to this McDonalds. It's a shame since the people working there are usually very nice. Today the man at the register was a very respectable gentlemen. I only hope that this place can improve from it's...
Read moreAs a business owner who manages a substantial team, I am particularly sensitive to the standards of customer service. My recent experience at McDonald’s drive-thru, however, fell drastically short of these expectations. We stopped around 2:30 am on 4/21. The service was not only slow, but our order was incorrect, and our request for ketchup was overlooked.
What compounded the issue was the behavior of a staff member who claimed to be one of the managers. When the situation escalated due to the errors and the long wait, I attempted to address the issue directly with her. Instead of resolving the problem, she rudely told me to “learn English” in front of my wife, making me feel deeply insulted and insignificant. Furthermore, when I asked for her name to formally report the incident, she refused to provide it, stating she was one of only two managers present. She is an elderly lady with short hair.
Such behavior is intolerable and certainly not what one would expect. I urge the management of the franchise to terminate her...
Read moreBEST McDonald's location! The drive-thru line is always super quick. They've never gotten my order wrong and the employees are super friendly. I do Door Dash deliveries and there are 2 employees imparticular who are so sweet. They always remember me when I come through.
**7/4/2022 I wanted to update my review real quick. Tonight (4th of July) I had a McD delivery and since it is a holiday, the drive-thru line was so long it literally wrapped around the building (had to be at least 20 cars). I was expecting to be waiting in that line for a looong time. Nope! I was through that line and on my way in less than 15 minutes. And the order was right, down to every last condiment (it was a large order). Again, BEST McD location.
*UPDATE 10/1/2023 I stopped by tonight for the first time in 1.5+yrs (I don't live nearby anymore) and can you believe the same sweet lady still remembered me! Such a sweetheart. And DAMN! this is also the best McGriddle Ive ever had! Seriously best...
