Read moreAfter eating at a few Mexican restaurants in the area I decided I wasn't going to find anything truly authentic. After eating here at Pancho's my perception has changed. I ordered 3 tacos, lengua, al pastor and tripas. I asked for the tripas to be cooked soft instead of crunchy (crunchy is the standard) and they delivered. They were all very good and the salsas have the correct Mexican ingredients. The place is casual, order at the counter and pick up your food when ready. Read moreI ordered the fajitas for $17.99 dinner plate. This was about 1:40 pm on a Sunday. Food was terrible. There was no service really you ordered and then they just put the plates on the counter. The only good part of my experience was the rice but they served very little. My friend had a burrito and he seems to find it ok. Do not...
