I visited your store 1450 in Schaumburg, IL and had a strange situation. This is the second time I've been there in an attempt to try your Sesame Honey chicken breast. They seem to have a big sign advertising it but every time I go they say "we don't have that". I ask why they don't remove the sign and they just shrug. Yesterday I went again and attempted to order it and they simply said again they had none. So I just chose other items. While I waited they seemingly had a woman on the side where they were SpecialOrder making you guessed it, Honey Sesame chicken! So me and the guy behind me were assuming this is only for premier customers? Why would they tell me they don't sell it at all yet they made it just for some other woman who seemed to know an employee there??! I asked again why can't I get some honey sesame chicken and they lady at the counter just said she was sorry and for my trouble gave me 2 Fortune Cookies!?! WOW! Not an eggroll, not another item just an extra fortune cookie. I saw there was plenty left and they could have just made me some. I would have waited like the other woman. What the hell? Was this a clear case of descrimination against standard customers and special Friends and Family treatment? I also never saw the other woman pay for her food. Read moreWhen I'm looking for something quick, Panda is usually one of my go to restaurants. Tonight, I saw long wait times for orders and an angry crowd. I heard what people in line were saying about the level of service and it wasn't good. However, before we all hate on the restaurant, I'd like to highlight some good qualities of this location.
Almost every time I eat at this location, I always get hot tasty food when I place my order. (I'm not touting it as the best, but I'm going for hot and tasty here). The staff always greets me with a smile and they're very patient with all their customers and situations. Food bowls are always being replenished and the staff works really hard to make sure everyones order is correct. I never had a bad experience at this location. Tonight is no exception.
The workers are overwhelmed. They're tired. They're worried. But more importantly, they're human and they remained calm under pressure, even when the crowd was against them. They still made sure to take care of every customer and everyone still got hot and tasty food. If you stop by this location, please be patient with them. They're doing their best and they're doing a great job. Please show them kindness and be sure to thank them every step of the way.

Read moreThere is no management here. If you want a refund there is NO WAY to get it. You may need to wait for the manager, who is only there certain days of the week. I had an order mishap and within 3 mins, I went over to the employees saying I didn’t want the bowl- I just wanted a refund. My order was untouched still in the bag and they were like okay we can do that for you. Mind you- the lady who helped us asked another lady who made the order who asked one of the guys working in the back who asked Pablo who came over to us. And even he was clueless. So he told me that their manager (who is a female) will be working on Friday and she can do that for us. He wrote down our names, number, and order numbers yet I have never received a phone call. In fact I tried calling the- first they disconnected the call pretending they couldn’t hear the one time they answered and second- they barely every answer their phone calls. Someone can call 30 times in a row, and they just won’t answer. Where is their customer service? Where is their staff that is knowledgeable in their job? It’s unbelievable how these places literally hire randoms that don’t even know how to do their jobs. If an employee accidentally rang up something, how do they process a refund for the customer if not a single person inside knows the process?...
