Pizza Hut Express — Restaurant in Schaumburg Township

This place was an absolute horrible experience for me. I placed my order through the phone and everything appeared to be going smooth. Once I get to the store the door is locked. Mind you, they weren't closed. Plus, there was no heads up about the door being temporarily locked when I was on the phone. If I would've been notified when I called, then I wouldn't be leaving this negative review. Heres another crazy thing, the person that was working there looks up and notices me BUT PRETENDS to not see me. I call the restaurant about the situation and they told me that "they were gonna redirect the call to another office." Like what? So when they called me about my order being ready I didn't respond. I played them at their own game, I pretended to not see the incoming phone call. This location NEEDS TO DO BETTER. We bought three pizzas from this place. While we were eating, we found a strand of hair in one of them embedded inside. We called at 7, she picked up and said they were closed for the evening. We said that we thought they closed at 8 and explained that we had just picked up our pizza and found a hair. She said, “well, I’m not feeling well so I’m closing early. There couldn’t have been a hair in your pizza. If you have a problem, call back tomorrow.” And hung up on us. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. I have a picture of the pizza as proof.
