Denny's — Restaurant in Schertz

The past 4 times I have been to the schertz location, I have been absolutely disappointed. My food has been either incorrectly made, or not fully cooked. Raw chicken one time, and I mean raw. Multiple ingredients missing from the Bourbon Bacon Burger, like key ingredients such as the bourbon sauce, bacon, mushrooms, and bell peppers and onions. Tonight Russell was our server on Wednesday 5/24, we were there around 1 AM. I took a chance and ordered the Bourbon Bacon Burger again and got an Avacado Bacon Burger brought out to me instead, ended up having to put the Burger together myself when the correct ingredients were brought out to me shortly after. One of my friends ordered a Grand Slamwhich with no ham or sausage, but instead extra bacon. Simple. When it was brought out to her it had ham on it and no extra bacon. When asked if the sandwich could be fixed she was requested to get up and go up to the expo window and talk to the cook about what exactly she wanted. "The cook responded with why don't you just take it (the ham) off?" Still doesn't solve the simple request of extra Bacon. Whoever is hiring the cooks for these night shifts needs to do some serious reconsidering of standards. Coming from a cook myself I would never go back there again, being that every single of the 4 times I have been there, a mistake has been made by a cook that resulted in unnecessary wait times or having to rebuild a Burger myself, on top of accidentally consuming RAW chicken! Absolutely ridiculous....

I was there for a meeting and ordered two real eggs with turkey bacon scrambled with an order of biscuits and gravy no pork. My plate arrived after a considerable amount of time I don't remember how long because I was not there to just eat. But I can tell you that my food when it finally did arrived, seem to come like a multi course meal. I sat and I looked at my eggs and turkey bacon for about 10 minutes. Then my server assured me that my biscuits and gravy were coming. Like as if he had to go catch him in the wild or something. Perhaps they were making them from scratch who knows?

I told my server don't worry about it just go ahead and take my food back I really lost my appetite and apologized. My hot tea was never refilled or even discussed again. And I'd really did not expect to get a bill for $2.32 for the tea, but I guess if you just threw me a tea bag and a cup I guess his job is done after that. So the real annoying part was going to ask for a tip. You're lucky I didn't put 2.32 in brackets.

You know if you people aren't happy at work just quit your job and go home don't take it out on us. I say that because that's how it feels.

We're on a vacation with our 8yr old son and decided to stop by since Denny's always has great food at all their locations. However tonight we had the worst experience. Our server Barbie had a bad attitude from the minute we got there. We thought it must be a long night and we can maybe cheer her up in friendly conversation and good tip. After taking our order she continued seating other guest and taking orders. After a while we saw the guests whom arrived after us had received their meals. We noticed our food was on a counter. When we finally were able to get her attention and asked about our food. Barbie told us if we didn't want the cold food that had been sitting there then we should just leave! A good server would have offered to have someone remake it yet she had the audacity to tell us to leave! My son had to see what type of disrespectful people work in this place! Even the manager Stephanie said she was too busy to care! This is supposed to be a family friendly establishment yet these women showed us different. They do not belong working with people if they lack manners and RESPECT!! By far the worst establishment we have...
