Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Schertz

Went on line to order at 7:55, said 20 minutes for pick up. Would have been perfect time to coincide with picking up son at practice. When I completed order only options for pick up was 8:45 or later.... problem #1

Picked up son at 8:10, order was still at first stage. Ok won’t be too bad. Arrived at dominoes at 8:20... problem #2

Watched the status bar, pizza was in oven at 8:30 early but still ok

8:40 still in oven, ok but......

9:10 still waiting and finally status said ready, but no one came to car (perhaps I missed something, but last time they brought pizza to my car

9:12 went inside, two young people working hard making pizza, four or five ppl (including what appeared to be manager standing around.....problem #3

Finally I asked the two actually working how do I get my pizza? Young lady making pizzas asked my name and went to get my pizza (wish I had gotten her name) she took care of the customer pleasantly. Manager went to the pizza ready station while she was getting my pizza and didn’t say a word.... problem #4

Got home at 9:20 and pizza was cold..... problem 5, 6, 7,

Unsat, if it’s the app fix it, train staff to recognize a customer and train manager if a person (the young lady) has to cover at least speak to customer.

Disappointed former...

This is always my go-to Domino’s. Quick service, friendly staff, quality food. I have been ordering ONLY at this location since I moved to Texas in 2015 and I won’t be going to a different store any time soon. I wouldn’t trust going to a different domino’s because I’ve seen firsthand how this store treats each order. I like the peace of mind of knowing how my food was handled. In 5 years I have never had a single mistake made with an order, nor had a bad experience with any of the staff. Specific kudos to employee Caleb who has gone above and beyond for the guests at this establishment each time I have visited. He’s always upbeat and friendly, keeping the atmosphere lively. I’m hoping that these reviews are monitored by management and that he receives his earned recognition. Also, kudos to a gentleman I believe to be a manager. I can’t recall his name but he’s tall and drives a two door blue or green pickup truck. He is extremely dedicated to his work, always beyond respectful and helpful. I’ve overheard his handling of disgruntled patrons and “professional” does not do justice to this man’s patience. We order often from this store, but it was very disappointing today. Ordered two large Brooklyn Style pizzas with wings. App gave me an estimated time and I chose curbside delivery. Got there and checked in just as the app said the order was completed. Checked in and waited 11min but nothing happened. Had to go into the store and waited until another customer was allowed to get their order. When my turn came up, I told them that I was waiting for my curbside order but it never came. She told me they were waiting for the wings to come out. Not true. My order was already on their shelf, and the app said my order was completed 15min ago. Don't trust the curbside option people. The whole two-minute curbside delivery promotion is a scam. They start the clock when they are ready and willing to deliver the order to your vehicle. Both my pizzas were cold and thin as a razor blade. I also needed a magnifying glass to find the wings in the box. Not impressed today. Expected a little better service and...
