My nephew applied for a job about 2 weeks ago with this location. He was told he got the position and they would let him know his hours. They knew he would have to work after school a few times a week and was told he needed to buy khaki pants. We bought 2 pair. The first time he called back they said someone didn't show up that was going to train him so he would work the next week. The next week he continued to call about the job to find out when to come in to work and what the hours would be. He left several messages with the staff to have John call him~with no return call to date. This is absolutely UNprofessional. We spent money on 2 pair of khaki pants for nothing? He needs to WORK for money. Is this the way they treat all their other employees? Is this the way they treat their customers? Evidently this location does not care about either if they treat a young man like this that wants and needs to work. Meaning they are avoiding/ignoring him and just out and out LIED to him. Who is going to be responsible for reimbursement on pants he's not going to need now? This is ridiculous and I really think this matter needs to be investigated immediately. IT IS NOT RIGHT!!! It's not how a company works...Evidently they need to fire these managers and then hire some professional managers that...
Read moreI give this place 1 star because I went in to pick up an order I placed over the phone. When I walked in get my order. But when I go to pay I use a card and it prompted if I was interested in leaving a tip. From there I didn't know how to work the machine so the young guy at the counter told me to use the arrows on the pin pad. I pressed one arrow and my payment went through ( mind u I didn't know how much it left or what happened) I ask for my recept and when I got home I noticed I was charged $4.49 for tip. I did not authorize nor was I wanting to leave a tip. I called the manager and she clarified that if I wanted to leave no tip I would have had to press the button all the way to the left.... I was furious because the guy told me to press an arrow. Not explaining that if u press the arrow then u leave a percentage as a tip. It's hard to explain but if you go and use a card u will notice that there are 4 options and 4 buttons. One to the left 2 different arrows in the middle and a button to the right. Each represent a percentage. I will not be going back to this location. You need more honest people...
Read moreAbsolutely do not under any circumstance order pizza from this location if your expectation is to have pizza arrive close to the desired time or at an edible temperature. I swore off ordering from here when my pizza spent an hour out on deliveries and arrived at a cool to the touch 94.6 degrees. I submitted a complaint and never received a response. Well I slipped up and placed an order today at 3pm with a scheduled delivery at 5:45pm. At 6pm I decided to check on the order. The automated phone system said the pizza should arrive at 5:55pm. No worries there, at 6:10 I decide to call the store and sat on hold. I sat on hold long enough to drive to the store and find out at 6:30pm that my 3pm order for 5:45 was over an hour from being made. So that 5:45 delivery time would be maybe closer to 7:45 or even 8:00pm. I mean who really knows. It was my mistake, I didn't learn my lesson the first time, but I definitely learned my lesson this time and I will personally never order another pizza from our...
