The bread was perfectly toasted, adding a delightful crunch to each bite. The flavors blended harmoniously, creating a symphony of taste that left me thoroughly satisfied.

Read moreWhen it comes to food, I'm a fairly predictable person. I find something I like and it becomes my "usual". I used to go to this Schlotzsky's about once a week or so, but lately it has become such a hassle that I have to be really craving it to go. I either order 1)the fresh veggie pizza with no tomatoes (i have an allergic reaction if I consume them), add avocado with a diet coke and baked BBQ chips, or 2)the baked potato soup with no bacon, with the same add-ons, usually spending almost $15 just for my own personal meal. It's funny, because even though I only order those things, I get a completely different order EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. It always starts with the chips, giving me regular lays, then the drink, giving me regular coke or even one time a sprite? Then I got a half chicken noodle, half baked potato soup concoction, which was absolutely disgusting (I contacted customer service to get a refund which I never received), or they don't add avocado to my pizza even though I pay extra for that too. But today....it's the last time I'm ever visiting.. I ordered my usual pizza, and at this point I am accustomed to checking the order, and my chips were wrong, to start, but when I opened the pizza box.........the pizza was completely covered in MEAT AND TOMATOES. Like literally that was it (turns out, they had made me an "Original" pizza, for whatever reason). side note-I do not eat meat So, I gave it back and asked them to fix it, they told me to pull up, and I waited. They come out about 5 minutes later, and after checking AGAIN, I had to flag the guy back down because they had once AGAIN forgotten the avocados, which I will reiterate, we pay extra for. The employees are nice enough, but there needs to be some real changes before I would consider going back....
Read moreIncompetence and misleading menus. What should have been a very simple order turned into a very annoying experience. I wanted to have a regular turkey sandwich, just the turkey, cheese, and pickles. I saw two choices on the menu: one which specified "smoked" turkey, which I despise any sort of smoked meat, and the other advertising just a regular turkey sandwich (it didn't specify that it was smoked, a bad assumption on my part I guess). Anyhow, I told the clerk that I wanted the sandwhich with just turkey, cheese, and pickles (I chose the one which didn't identify smoked meat). He understood and I paid. My sandwhich arrives with turkey, cheese, pickles, olives, and salami. I quickly returned it and explained that I just wanted turkey, cheese, and pickles, as stated earlier. They brought out yet another sandwich, this time it had turkey, cheese, pickles, and olives. I returned to the counter, yet again, but much more annoyed this time and asked what was so difficult to understand about my order. The manager aplogized and appeared to personally make my sandwich. They brought it out and it was made correctly, but it had smoked turkey. I ate about two bites of it and couldn't finish. The manager came out and asked if I was satisfied and I asked why it had smoked turkey when I ordered the sandwich that didn't identify as "smoked". He explained that both were made using smoked turkey, but acknowledged that only one is marked with smoked meat. He admited that it's frustrating to customers and said he would take it up with corporate the next day. So, I paid $12 for a sandwhich I couldn't eat. Needless to say, I...
