I was here last night, it was nice. Sat on the side patio. We eventually waited for the lights to turn on which they never did. I ordered a drink on the mobile app, it said it was ready, I waited for quite a bit. I worked as a barista for 3 years, I’m very patient. It just felt awkward. Another customer next to me spoke to a barista, who handed her the drink. The customer said, “thank you I’m just waiting on my pastry..” the girl said “oh well I don’t know I’m on drinks” & walked away. We did stay until closing. Around 15 minutes before closing they locked the doors, so it was awkward because I had my trash & didn’t know what to do with it.. today we came back for the nice vibes planning to study until closing. The first employee was very polite to tell us that due to inactivity in the store they were going to become drive-thru only, leaving a door unlocked for us & other customers to exit. Nobody moved, so my friend & I were confused. We waited a few minutes. I took it like they were closed to accepting new, in store customers. A second employee came up shortly bending over with her hands on her knees like a school teacher saying, “Yeah. We’re closed, so…” it just felt condescending. We left afterward went to another Starbucks....
Read moreI initially tried to place an order for drive-thru pick-up online, but their system only halfway completed the transaction. I decided to go into the store to see if they had my order and they didn't (not their fault). I placed my order in person and I waited...and waited...and waited. I kept seeing people place orders in the drive-thru and store after me who walked out long before I did so I went to see what was going on with my order. The barista told me she was sorry and that she was really behind, but she didn't check her system like I asked her to in order to see if she actually had my order somewhere in there. The manager heard me getting a little frustrated and gave me a $4 gift card, which was nice, but after 30 minutes, I really just needed to leave. When they finally made my coffee order, they made it cold. I didn't order an iced beverage and wanted hot coffee so they had redo it. Honestly, I don't even know if what they handed me was what I ordered, but I didn't care by that point. The young women working there were nice enough but if you want the coffee you actually ordered in a reasonable time frame, go somewhere else. This is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to and I won't go back. I gave the gift card to a...
Read moreFirst time at this location and I will never be back. I ordered what I always ordered, which is grande iced white mocha, no whip and with almond milk because I'm lactose intolerant. I pulled up to the widow and I see the girl making it and has a big gallon of milk. Once she was done and they gave it to to me, it look white, like no coffee at all. I have never seen it looked like that, ever. I asked if she used almond milk, she said yes, I take a sip and sure enough it was just milk and cream. I told her I can't drink this. She made me another one and proceeded to tell me make sure I tell them to not put 4 pumps of mocha. I said I never had to say this before and I've been going to Starbucks for years with no issues with cream. She said I have to tell them. Well I left and started drinking the other coffee that was made and it was terrible, and now my stomach hurts, because I know they used milk...
