Give it a 3.5 stars. We stopped by for dinner on Wednesday night. It wasn't busy in the beginning, so we got a table right away. Our server was Erika. Friendly and attentive. We got the chef special grilled octopus with zucchini and pickles veg. The octopus was smokey, but it was a bit too dry and really salty. The watermelon barrata was delicious. Watermelon was sweet. The cheese compliment the salad. Highly recommend. The toro sashimi was fresh. The albacore white tuna was OK. Felt is was frozen and dry. The rainbow maki was not good. The rice is sushi graded and no seasoning on the rice. The sushi fell apart when picking it up with the chopsticks. If you're looking for authentic Japanese sushi and properly made sushi, then this isn't the place. The chefs looked inexperienced when it come to making proper sushi's. The vanilla cheesecake was ok. Nothing special. Prices were reasonable. Plenty of parking spaces...

Miserable experience, and didn't even get a chance to eat here. Made a reservation and was told it would be 45 minutes, but that it might be shorter because there have been many cancellations recently. Got a text within 3 minutes when we went for a walk down the street, stating that our table would be held for 5 minutes, but three minutes later we received another text that our reservation was cancelled (confirmed the time between texts received on phone). When we got back in, immediately after the second text, the maitre de said she thinks they've had trouble with reservation system. Now, the wait will be longer than 45 minutes. Needless to say, we left very disappointed by their reservation system, and the wait staff's knowledge that their system isn't working as expected, and their inability to remedy the situation knowing full well that they didn't provide us sufficient notice of our...

We regularly dine here. Always the best. Tonight our server took our food and drink order at the same time. About 25 minutes later our food was delivered but no drinks. We had to remind server that our drinks had not been served. A few minutes later we got our drinks. This is unacceptable because it upset the rhythm of the meal. We like to get our drinks early to give us a few minutes to wind down and have a meaningful conversation. Not good.

Another situation which is not the fault of the restaurant was that a family was next to us with two kids say 2 and 5. The 5 year old was screaming at the top of her lungs for most of the time. The 2 year old was loudly crying the whole time. Rude parents who didn't do any thing to calm them down. Should your staff intervene? Also a couple who had been seated next to them was fed up and moved to another area immediately. It made for a...

If you're looking for a tasty sushi and seafood restaurant in Scituate, check out Salt Society. The service was great and very accommodating to our dietary requests. The drinks were strong but delicious. We had the brussel sprouts as an appetizer, very delicious and a little sweet. We also had several sushi rolls, including a delicious rainbow roll. Would recommend for a night out with family or friends!

10/10! The food was amazing - we had tuna carpaccio, two of their signature sushi rolls, cheesy focaccia 🤤 and finished off with ramen. I’m just so happy that there’s a spot on the south shore that does sushi right! Our bartender, I forget his name but he was a tall younger gentleman, was amazing and super attentive. The atmosphere was great too. I have absolutely no complaints - can’t wait to go back!
