We stopped in New Years Eve early and sat at the bar where my Wife and I received friendly and attentive service. I ordered a Bourbon old fashion which was delicious. My wife ordered a flight (Naty) of white wines. It had four different selections and my Wife loved 3 of the selections and liked the fourth. We had a assortment of small plates, oysters Deconstructed Clam Chowder, Gruyere grill cheese all yummy. They had a lovely dinner menu also but we had a late lunch or we would have tried more items. This spot combined unique cocktails, amazing wine choices which were well priced and also an excellent local beer selection. Lots of great nibbles to complete meals. Perfect for a quick glass of vine or a complete meal. The owners were on site and were lovely folks they paid close attention to food coming from the kitchen and the customer experience. We will be back soon.

I recently hosted an event at Vine Bar, and I can't say enough good things about the experience! This was my second event here, and it definitely won't be my last. The staff – Shannon, Nicole, and Christie – were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond in the planning stages and on the day of the event. They made sure everything ran smoothly and were always available to assist. The food was absolutely amazing, with every dish being a hit with my guests. A special shoutout to the team for helping create a custom specialty drink menu that really added a unique touch to the event. I highly recommend Vine Bar for anyone looking to host a fantastic event. I’d go back a million more times!

I had such a lovely dining experience at the Vine Bar! I came all the way from the Bahamas just to try it and my server Maura made it unforgettable. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and clearly very passionate about wine. I came for the wine but stayed for the irresistible small bites that paired flawlessly with every glass I had. I also was pleasantly surprised to learn that all the wines were handpicked from a variety of local and small producers versus the alternative name brand corporations. I definitely see myself becoming a regular customer when I return to the area!

Vine Bar

I moved to Scituate late summer of this year. Going into Vine Bar for a drink and to check out the beautiful ambiance with my friend after finishing up my move turned into becoming a regular at the establishment. Since my first visit, the food, wine cocktails, and food have been consistently outstanding with each visit. The staff and the chef go above and beyond to accommodate my multiple allergies so I can eat a high quality meal/snack safely. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about food and beverage. The beverage menu is extremely unique. I recommend the wine flights as there are sooo many wines on the menu and the Cosmos are also my favorite! The food menu is seasonal, so there is always something delicious and new to try. I have loved every food item I have had at Vine Bar. I have brought friends & family from out of town into Vine Bar and the staff always ensures that my guests and I feel welcome. Each guest I have brought in there can’t wait to return. Every visit to Vine Bar has been a fun &...

I have to say, I was disappointed by the experience I had at Vine Bar. I came here with my mom on a Sunday early evening - it was slow inside, and pretty laid back, which wasn’t the problem. The disappointing part was that our server was nowhere to be seen 75% of our dining experience - she came promptly when we sat down, but after ordering drinks and an appetizer she disappeared. She never checked in to see how we were doing or if we needed anything - after 30 minutes of sitting with a finished appetizer, we decided to leave - luckily we were able to catch her when we to ask for the check, but we had to flag someone else down to cash out. When we were walking out we glanced towards the outdoor seating (where we saw a group of people) and our server was sitting down outside, socializing with her coworkers. Overall very disappointing experience, I would recommend sitting at the bar instead if you’re looking for...

You can close early if you want to, but maybe have rolling end time instead of putting customers on a time crunch. Came in on a Sunday 3 hours prior to close. Wait staff told us we had less than a half hour to get food in because kitchen staff was closing early. she gestured around and said there was no one there and they wanted to close at 7:30 instead of 9 PM. So we went into a rush to get food in and we were all hungry, so worried about gauging how much food to order in short period of time. They were planning on closing early due to lack of customers, yet waitress kept her back to us majority of time so we couldn’t get refills/additional food promptly. Watched the waitstaff get annoyed and roll their eyes when other multiple other patrons came in, since they wanted to leave early. Can you not update your hours on Google then? Maybe just change your hours for Sundays...
