Dunkin' — Restaurant in Scotch Plains

Please don't add more than one ingredient to enhance the flavor of your coffee - even though you are paying. If you do, it will confuse and anger the staff and she will give you the extra products in mini cups so you can fix your coffee (because she doesn't know how you want your coffee to taste) the way you like it. Some may not mind this option, but I do. The staff gets paid to prepare orders per the patrons request. Patrons should not have to remake their coffee while standing at the front door. I won't highlight on the number of stale donuts I have purchased and tossed without eating from this location. Trust me if you have an issue with your order just pay your hard earned money and keep it moving otherwise you will get an attitude from both cashiers especially the one with the same hair bun/tattoos and the guy who prepares the sandwiches. Lady (looks young) who works here this morning as I got in my car was sitting next to the front window smoking with a vape. I have it on video of her blowing the vape out of her mouth & she quickly puts it down as she sees my camera on her. It was at 7:30am on 10/4/22. The other girl was wearing a thrasher shirt but it’s the girl without that shirt. Not very friendly to customers either. This is disgusting. Go outside the store and do it. The vape is now in the atmosphere of a small place where people order food. How sick and inconsiderate can someone be??? Very disappointed that this Dunkin Donuts charged an extra 50 cents for almond milk in my coffee. I believe that it's optional because not all Dunkin Donuts charge for almond milk. Dunkin Donuts coffee prices have been rising, and they should look for ways to create more customer loyalty. Giving their franchises the option to charge 50 cents for a splash of almond milk is ridiculous, and they will lose customers if they keep raising prices and charging extra...
