Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Scott Township

I just got off right and who doesn’t love to have a fully prepared baked pizza to come home to? NOT! I particularly ordered my food well done. Well I went to pick up a slice of pizza, for it to fall apart. Not even hot, my boyfriend and I ate the pasta first, which gave my boyfriend severe stomach pains. Anyhow, my first slice of pizza fell apart, then so did the second one, I went to the other side and it tore apart again. Well I don’t have a pizza cutter. My boyfriend and I are moving soon so everything is packed. Anyway, I called to just say hey it’s kinda messed up I have literal pizza bites because someone didn’t fulfill their job. I’m just putting it out there, dominos should care more about their quality and service. I just wanted the person I tipped know , that hey be better next time in a nice gesturing way for them to say I’m “childish.” Bro I have to deal with unnecessary service at work everyday and I never treat people like that. First, let me say I order from Dominos pretty regular and generally I am happy with the service & my order is usually right. I ordered ONE medium pizza at 3:15 in the afternoon on a Monday---not a busy time. I was ordering for my kids before I was leaving the house. The tracker said est delivery tine 13-23 minutes--sounded about right for a Monday afternoon & my house is only about an eight minute drive from the store. After 25 minutes, the tracker told me that my food had left, 20 minutes after that I called the store. They told me my food should be there any minute and that the tracker was not reliable. Another 25 minutes go by before the delivery boy showed up. I asked if the pizza was still hot since it was done 45 minutes sgo. This young boy sttod there and told me that it wasnt his fault the it took so long. He argued with me about calling the store. He stated that I should show him some respect. So after this whole ordeal, I had a cold pizza, I was late going to my appt, and now I was angry. Had I picked it up----ready in 20 min. Lesson learned---order...

Finally realized why my cheese pizza sometimes tastes like bacon. This might sound like a dramatic picky eater story but due to being vegetarian bacon makes me throw up whenever I eat it, and I’ve been throwing up randomly when I ordered it. They need to not get a certain amount waste in their treys, so they will take cheese from the treys eand dump it & whatever toppings are mixed in, onto the cheese to put on another pizza! Bacon, peppers, anything! THEY DONT CARE! It’s disguisting! And I genuinely liked this pizza so much until the bacon taste started. AND EVER WONDER WHY THE MEDUIM PIZZA YOURE PAYING FOR IS SMALL AND THIN? they will take doughs meant for SMALL pizzas, and stretch them so they don’t have to make more mediums!! The lava cakes are good hopefully as far as I know, but otherwise DISGUISTED. Hopefully they change and care about their customers. Or get some type of consequence for this.
