Peet's Coffee — Restaurant in Scotts Valley

We went out of our way to find the closest Peet's to Felton while we were staying overnight. Our drinks were mediocre and we had the same exact drinks in Napa at Peets , the morning before paying a couple dollars less. Our drinks in Napa were excellent! So we hoped to have a similar exp. but these drinks were both weak on flavor, not steamed well etc. I had the holiday latte with soy , the flavor was just not showing up much and the soy milk was foamed all the way through the cup so not much liquid. My friends dirty chai had very little chai in it and also the almond milk was extra foamy, very hot and not up to par. We will always hunt out Peets but hope that this exp. will be taken to heart. Peet’s Coffee in Scotts Valley serves more than just caffeine, it’s a whole vibe! The space has that retro-meets-modern charm, with warm wooden accents that feel both nostalgic and fresh. It’s the kind of place where the staff greets you like sunshine. I really liked the Black Tie. It’s bold and sweet, a tuxedo for your taste buds. A total lifesaver on a sweltering day. The coconut water cold brew was crisp and refreshing, with just the right kick of strong - like vacation in a cup! The crispy ham and swiss with melted cheese, flavorful ham and just the right crunch made me close my eyes and say, “ Yep, this is IT!” Go. Sip....

Friendly staff, great atmosphere, great coffee. This is a temporary 1 star review. I will change it to 5 stars when management takes action on the following:

I've been there 5 times last month because I absolutely LOVE their crispy ham and cheese sandwitch. Unfortunately they were sold out 4 times. ALL OTHER peets I go have them available at all times.
