Culver’s — Restaurant in Scottsbluff

Food was great, but it turned to dinner and a show! Never have I seen such great customer service, affording such respect even when they have someone yelling in their face. Today I witnessed a GROWN WOMAN throw a hissy fit over paying a DOLLAR extra for a side salad. I saw her yell at and abuse these employees that were being nothing if not helpful, while she was being an all around pain. There is a certain way to act in public, and that ain't it. If you're going to bully the people who make your food maybe you should have stayed home. What's more is that if she was willing to make such a scene and yell at them over a dollar she was willing to do it for free. I just wanted to highlight that even though this woman was acting like an all around TROLL, your staff remained polite, cordial, helpful and respectful. Something I would have greatly struggled to do. I wish I would have had a dollar on me to throw in that ungrateful old entitled face. Some people can never be happy, but Culvers sure does their best to make it happen! Makes me want to eat here MUCH more often. To this employee: don't take it too hard, if anything you deserve a raise for that level of cool you've exhibited. Went here to get lunch for my lunch break, I always get 2 plain crispy chicken sandwich’s and a plain double butterburger. The burger was made correctly, the 2 chicken sandwich’s weren’t made correctly they still had all the toppings on it. I didn’t realize till I got home 10 minutes later after waiting 15 minutes In line. Went back and Jose who was very nice and respectful. (He took my order and put it in correctly, the cook didn’t make it right) I came back in to see if I can get them remade and he told me they would have it out quick which they did but end up coming back home to drop the food off to my girlfriend and was just a chicken patty and no bread (not Jose’s fault). Didn’t want to make a 3rd trip back. And probably won’t go back anymore cause of that. Made me 20 minutes late to work also. Thank you to Jose though. I stopped by two weeks ago for some cheesy curds and had a beautiful midwestern experience, I’ve been thinking of it ever since. Lilly and Rob were amazing and I had the time of my life seeing their smiles light up the fine establishment. My husband did get quite sick after but he is lactose intolerant so maybe that’s not completely the foods fault. This old lady was so blessed to be around the kindest workers that I aforementioned and it was a heartwarming experience. I will be stopping by again next time I need a vacation from bloody London and want to see what rural Nebraska has to offer!!! Or maybe I’ll just have to move here and get a job so I can work with this crew! My grandchildren sure would be happy if I learned how to make hamburgers and icy cream.
