We had the fried pickles, brisket sliders with side of beans and side salad for food. The food was not great. The pickles were spicy even without the spicy sauce and swimming in grease. The sliders were very spicy even without the spicy BBQ sauce (are you sensing a theme here). The flavor of the sliders was probably good, but we couldn't taste it very long because our mouths were on fire. I did like the little pieces of apple in the brisket, though. Even the beans were too spicy. For the price, I expected better quality food, and it would be nice to have some non-spicy options. We won't be back. If you like spicy and greasy food that is overpriced, then this is a good choice.
Update: I do tend to only post reviews when I am either very disappointed or very pleased. I have tried a lot of fried pickles, and I know the difference between pickle juice and grease. This was all grease. I wish I would have taken a picture of it because the pickles on the bottom were literally sitting in grease. Regarding the sliders, they were spicy without any bbq sauce because I didn't use any. Other things I could have mentioned and didn't: the food took a long time even though there weren't a lot of people there, we ran out of water which was very uncomfortable since both our mouths were on fire and for some reason, they put my salad under the heat warmer while the rest of our food was being made so the lettuce was wilted and disgusting. Also, the honey vinegrette dressing was awful. My husband, who likes spicy food, also said the amount of spice was ridiculous. It's hard to say if our visit was an anamoly or not, but I would have liked to be warned before we went there. That is why I posted the review. Lastly, I think it's very telling that the owner would rather reply agressively than offer an apology for our...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOk, so a friend and I shared a flight of cider and a burnt end Nacho platter Saturday 5/25. The nachos were great! Neither of us liked the ciders: raspberry, strawberry & cream, mango habenaro and maple bourbon, I think. They ALL (to me) tasted like vinegar - none of the flavors mentioned came through - to us.
As I mentioned we both liked the nachos, so I placed an order for them (deconstructed with chips etc in separate packaging) to pick up after church today 5/26. I am VERY disappointed. As pictured the burnt ends are pretty much pure fat, and they didn't have the delicious smoky flavor we had yesterday. I also believe the portion is much smaller than we got yesterday and no bbq sauce included, even tho they asked if I wanted regular or hot. It cost 28$, so not thrilled about that. No, I didn't call, as I live in Mitchell.
The flavor of the Nacho was incredible, I have to say. The smoky beef with the cabbage, apples, black beans and pickled onions along with cheese sauce and bbq was really good. My disappointment was mostly in how fatty the meat was - I'm guessing pork belly? It was NOT mostly fat on Saturday.
The service today was great - even called to let me know the order was ready (I was just walking in the door). Yesterday our waitress was way more interested in her phone than waiting on customers, it seemed to me.
I may give it a try again, I like brisket, so it would be worth...

Came for the wifeās birthday today. Ordered a family style of the brisket and pork. Simply amazing!
We tried all BBQ sauces and Iāve got to say, if they would bottle them, weād buy them all. The habanero was my personal favorite.
Couldnāt resist the fried pickles again. Added the mozzarella sticks too and they were just as good.
Absolutely love this place.
Brewery #2 lands in Scottsbluff and this one is a full BBQ restaurant with local beers.
Went Saturday and hit the brewery at open time 11am. Not real crowded but people were streaming in. By the time we left at noon, the parking lot was 3/4 full. Last night when I drove by at 515 there was no parking available.
Started with fried pickles and their spicy ranch. These were AMAZING. lots of fried picklesā¦not like six or eight. Probably 15 to 20. The spicy ranch is definitely spicy.
I had the open face Italian sausage and fries. The wife had the BBQ chicken sandwich and fries. Both meals were excellent.
The only issue we both had were the fries were cold. Not even warm, but cold. My guess is the fries were plated well before the food was done.
I had an amber ale from Alliance and the wife had their raspberry cider. Both were excellent.
You can tell theyāre still working the kinks out, but who cares.
This place is going to do very, very well...
