I had a maxed ice cup for the 1st time a year ago. I thought they were the best thing since sliced bread. I don't know what has changed in a years time, but everytime I've went through this year ot gets worse and worse. Went through tonight, ordered the same thing I always order, for a medium rootbeer maxed it had maybe a half of a pump of flavor. I called to ask them if they were out of flavoring, girl said no. I told her mine didn't have any. Her response was for me to go all the way back and have them put a few pumps in. I asked to speak to a manager. She said she's a supervisor and thay the manager doesnt come in. That explains why its downhill so bad. I guess dairy queen will be getting my money...

It’s not a huge deal but what made it worse was the employee giving an attitude because we tried to pay that way.
