Subway — Restaurant in Scottsbluff

Always a great sub at THIS location. I have no complaints and service is an 8.5 put of 10, but I always feel so rushed and like I'm bothering them a bit.

I know it's fast food, and as an ex subway manager in several different locations, I understand there is a lot of work behind the scenes, so it can be a frustrating when trying to do so much. Honestly, theyre not rude or anything, but just feel as much as in theren a friendly hello or just a bit more personality would be nice.

You DO have one young man who nails the customer service part. I was only served by him twice, and the second time was about 2 months after the first and he REMEMBERED me AND my order! Now that is top notch customer service and making me feel valued.

Came in with my son this morning after a dentist appointment, the lady that was working this morning came out to take our order, when I ordered a breakfast bmt she told me no, she couldn’t do that because there was no way to ring me up. I had explained to her that I used to manage a few subways back in my day, and that I knew that she was bluffing. She refused to make my sandwich! It’s subway, you can MAKE IT HOW YOU WANT. I will not be returning to this store, and instead will just return to my own subway in alliance, where customer service is exceptional and they will make anything I want. Had some bad experiences here over the years, but with that being said the team they have at this location currently are great! Subways still pretty expensive but the customer service and quality from their current employees make it well worth it. Many nights I get off late and really just want a good sandwich not some cheap burger after a 12+ hour day, I feel bad sometimes rolling in 10 minutes before closing but they see the exhaustion on my face and they happily take my order reassuring me that they are happy to help me out after a long day working out in the field!
