KFC — Restaurant in Scottsbluff

I went through the drive through and ordered a relatively large order. When I received the food it was cold and hard, the time stamp read that it had been cooked almost an HOUR before be given to me. Since I had already driven away I called the restaurant and informed them of my issue with this. The manager, Anastasia, refused to help in any way and basically told me to get over it. So I returned the food to the store and demanded a refund. Anastasia removed the stale food from the bag and threw it all over the counter, claiming I had tampered with it and refused to give me a refund. Then she threw the food away. So I gave this business $40 dollars just to have this obnoxious woman humiliate me, throw my food away, and refuse to give me a refund. Then she had the nerve to say she was going to throw me in jail if I didn't leave when SHE was the one throwing things! One of the worst fast food experiences I have ever had, and that's saying something. Any business that hires monsters as managers doesn't...

Food here is good and staff is friendly. I gave it 3 stars because their KFC orders always come out right. Although not always the freshest, but tolerable. Tonight I ordered from the LJS side, went through the drive thru and ordered the shrimp and fish meal. 1 piece of fish, 4 pieces of shrimp. They gave me 1 piece of chicken, 1 of fish, and potato wedges. The wedges were obviously not fresh. So I go inside to have them fix my order and the girl just brings me a box of shrimp. Great service, but a worker In the back was a problem. Asked for a large coleslaw, and got a large container with small amount that is in a small side. I went back in. The cashier and the manager filled it up and said to the gentleman in the back he needs to fill them to the cover, he shrugged his shoulders and walked off with an I don't care attitude. This will kill a business fast.
