My 16 year old daughter got off work at 10:30 p.m. tonight. We were hungry and she really wanted Taco Bell after work. We had the absolute worst experience I have ever had trying to order food in the drive thru. The moment I get to the speaker the female employee greets me with "Hi, what would ya like?" I replied with " I just need a second please." Immediately she says with a rude tone "Ma'am it's been a second, what can I get for you?" Literally instantly she says this.... I then say "excuse me?" She says "Hahaha I was just kidding". I said " I sure hope so". Then suddenly there is a man that takes over on the headset.... We try to start our order, my daughter wants a bean burrito. So I continue with "We'd like one bean burrito please." He then says, again another rude tone in his voice - "We are out of red sauce, that gonna be alright?" I looked to my daughter to make sure she was okay with that and she nodded her head yes to me. So I go to complete the order and he suddenly says "I'm going to ask you to leave and I am refusing to serve you." He refused to tell me his name. I am a local business owner that truly tries to avoid confrontation and just be a good person. My daughter had a long day and just wanted a burrito. I just don't understand how this kind of attitude is acceptable for any business. I truly don't understand. Read moreOur dining experience was very disappointing for Taco Bell! Normally we get really good service and are served delicious food. Not this time. We dined in. We placed our order. It was ready before we even got seated at our table. While I was trying to get a lid and straw for my soda, of the crew members was very rude and was cutting in front of me to stock the sauces. She also used a chair from our table that was right beside me so she could climb on it to fill the ice machine. When she finished, she kicked the chair back under the table and didn't say a word. Our food was terrible. My burrito and my mom's crunchy chalupa were loaded with so much sour cream and nacho cheese that it was running out the end. We couldn't finish our food. We ordered nacho fries that were a cold to the touch soon as we picked them up from the window. They were flimsy instead of crispy. The interior of the restaurant is also old and damaged. Time or two they have forgotten something but as a food Service worker I know to check my bag before I leave. Lol it happens i get it. Some of the crew members are very top notch and friendly And some are there just for a paycheck. But overall not a bad place and I go there all the time Because of previous Positive experience. The only thing I don't like about going inside is you don't get acknowledged And interact with crew members. The kiosk thing is a great idea of people want to go about doing it that way. But I think they should also have people that take orders through front Counter. Is some people like to interact with others. That's why i'm giving it a four stars.
