Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Scottsbluff

Very disappointed in the Scottsbluff Pizza Hut. I had placed an order for the diner box on their app and on the app and for my pizza I ordered a Pepperoni and I received cheese, I had called in twice about this mistake. The first time I called in I spoke with a really nice girl who said there side was different and when I explained to her I am looking at the receipt on my phone and app and maybe there was an issue with the app she was very friendly and said ok no worries I will get you a new one right away and asked for my name, phone number, and address which I provided to her. She told me ok she will get one sent to me right away. Well an hour passed by and still did not receive the pizza so I called in the second time and the gentleman who answered was EXTREMELY RUDE!! Before I could even explain anything to me he cut me off saying “I dont even know what you’re talking about.” I tried again to explain to him what the issue was and he yet again cut me off this time yelling at me at the top of his lungs that he had no clue what I was talking about. I was finally able to explain the issue to him after several attempts and him constantly cutting me off and yelling at me. And he said well no we are not gonna deliver you another one because for one I am just not going to and don’t know what you are even talking about and for two we don’t have any drivers. I again told him the issue and he yelled saying “fine what is your name. Gave him my name and he said ok you had the diner box which I told him yes and he said I am seeing cheese for the pizza and I told him I was looking my phone right now and have two receipts both saying the same thing and he continued yelling at me at the top of his lungs saying no I am lying. I explained to him the gal I spoke with and he said well she has no right trying to honor your request and I will talk with her but no I will not honor a new one for you because our end is more correct than your receipts. Explained maybe there was an issue with the app and then the worst of it all he screamed at me again at the top of his lungs, “SHUT UP CAN YOU PLEASE JUST SHUT UP WELL I TALK TO YOU CAN YOU DO THAT.” I was so shocked being spoken to like that and requested he not yell at me and he changed his tone but said I don’t know what to tell you but no I’m not helping you and honoring your request. I was thinking I was ordering a veggie pizza and asked I needed a lot of veggies on my pizza and the lady suggested supreme, which was ready promptly in 15 mins. I and my wife are vegetarians and from India. We were tired after long trip and we couldn't dine in as we didn't want to leave our shih Tzu dog in the car as it was 93F.

Thank you for immediately brining the manager and giving me options and as my wife was super hungry and waiting in the car, I chose the veggie, cheese slices from the buffet menu. I found that you didn't charge me for the first , which was a surprise as I remember saying replace buffet slices for the one paid for.

Apologies for "looking" rude. My defense - I was hungry, dehydrated and tired.Next time I will make sure there is no meat in the pizza before ordering. After all I am the vegetarian and I need to make it clear. Please let this not be a stereotype experience for next confused Indian new to USA.

This is the 2nd time this has happened with a bad experience at Pizza Hut in a one month period! This was my last time darkening their doors. Todays incident was this—— We arrived at 11:27. The doors were locked, although the sign says open at 10:30AM. We knocked an finally 2 women walked toward us both on their phone. One looked at us and left, the second unlocked the door and let us in. We stated 6 please as we headed for the party room and she told us the party room is closed because it was a mess! Of course her phone is still in her hand. Seriously a mess when they hadn’t even opened yet. We were the first customers in the door. There ended us to only being 5 of us one a handicapped lady who can not get on the tall stools. We had to settle for a booth and a chair. The salad bar was completely covered and no pizza on the buffet. Finally 2 pizza’s brought out. Both 1/2 of something we weren’t sure what they were, but thought they had chicken on them and maybe 1/2 a taco pizza. Never had sauce for the bread stix which is what...
