From the moment I walked in, The level of customer service I received was simply unparalleled. Irsa was the name of the staff that served me she was incredibly attention, going above and beyond to ensure that my needs were not just met, but exceeded.

First the responsiveness of the staff that was taking care of me was remarkable. Any questions I has was answered promptly and with a depth of knowledge that was both reassuring and enlightening. It is clear that they are not only well trained but also passionate about what they do.

Moreover, the atmosphere created by the staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel valued as a customer. Their ability to anticipate my needs before I even voiced them was a pleasant surprise that added to the overall experience.

Food is generally pretty decent. Don’t bother using the pick up window for online pickup though. My last 3 attempts using it I sat there for 10-15 minutes even after making eye contact with several employees, they still ignored me like the plague. Even knocked on the window to get their attention. Two employees in the kitchen looked around the corner to see me at the window, but then went about their business and didn’t notify anyone that I was sitting there. I would’ve just went inside however, my daughter was asleep in the backseat of my car, and as any parent knows it’s hard to carry your take out order and a sleeping child at the same time. A customer inside in line finally pointed at me to make it known that I was knocking on the window my past trip in. Tonight 3 employees made eye contact with me and disappeared into the kitchen and left one employee up front helping customers in line when she finally noticed me and came to the window. I Loved Qudoba, super excited it was here. Last 3 times the quality, quantity, and service left a lot to be desired. I went in to order, felt like I was bothering the girl behind counter by being there, and then I watched the girl see "how little she could go" when putting anything on a quesadilla. I love the cilantro lime salad. Always felt full after. The last couple of months when ordering it for carry out it seemed like I got half servings. Today I canceled my salad order as I could see that Qudoba in Scottsbluff was charging full price for 1/2 size servings.
