Wendy's — Restaurant in Scottsboro

I came though drive thru and when I got home my order was completely wrong. I tried calling for 3 hours and no one answered. Tried call throughout the next day no answer. This is getting to be the norm with this place. I used to love Wendy's now not so much. The service is really poor, employees have an attitude and food quality is really starting to suffer. This used to be the best place for service and attitude but now it's like they just don't care. They are rude and act like they have better things to do. The last time I went before this there were several employees standing behind the counter looking at someone's cell phone while others and myself were waiting to place an order when someone tried to get their attention they said someone will be there in a minute. Then proceeded to go back to looking at whatever was on the phone laughing. Several customers walked out. Meanwhile drive thru is wrapped around the building. I don't see myself going back...

Unless you want hair in your food dont eat here. Me and my GF came through here around 830pm on 3-8-25 she ordered a #2 Baconater combo I got a #1 Double and after biting into half of it I feel hair running through my teeth and upon pulling it out its a longish blonde hair none of us in your vehicle have blonde hair yet the woman working the register and prepping food does and nobody in the restaurant is wearing hairnets despite some having long hair....im honestly disgusted and despite having my burger remade my appetite is ruined you've officially run off a lifelong Wendy's customer with this.

Employees are so untrained and can not use the rewards app. I tried explain things to employees but they do not know the system enough to run the cash register today. My kids had do without food because employees could not use the cash register with the app. I would recommend a different location other than Scottsboro AL. You will pay full price because employees on front counter do not know their job. The food tasted okay and wait was okay. I had better experience at other locations of Wendy's.
