KFC — Restaurant in Scottsboro

So let me just say this was the oddest experience at any fast food restaurant. When entering the store no employees were anywhere. I attempted to use the restroom to wash my hands before we ordered and both men and women were locked so I moved back to the lobby and waited for someone to ring us up. You can see the restroom doors while in the lobby so noticed two employees a male and a female both come out of the same women's restroom (the female greeted us and took our order) and in about 5 min a male employee comes out of the men's. So attempt to order a chicken pot pie and am told they have none made and are sold out for the day with more than an hour until closing. Note: while dining in three other potential customers walk in wanting chicken pot pie and are told the same thing. They left which I should have as well but was starving and not having a lot of options at night. Okay so ended up ordering a meal with lemon cake for dessert instead. The chicken was old and lukewarm, the sides were fresh and hot and the sweet tea was so old I spit it out and swapped it for soda and I don't drink soft drinks. Will not be visiting this...

If I could give this a place a negative 10 stars trust me I would was here working thought I would come here to get a quick bite went to the lobby at 8:40 one of the employees basically locked the door in my face before I could make it in no problem so I went to the drive through they literally told me it would be 40 min for chicken that only takes 20 min to make so I left fast forward 3 months later came back in town decided to try it again this time I go to the drive through no one answers for like 10 min mind you it’s 7:56 they don’t close till 9pm so I drive to the window not a single worker in site but it’s 4 cars in the lot so I know someone is here I look in and see what looks to be the maneger trying to hide from my sight I throw up my hands and she looks at me then goes into her office this just unacceptable on every level if you don’t want to serve or run a good business I suggest you guys close this franchise down because going by all these comments I’m not the only one that believes your...

This has to be one of the top three worst KFC restaurants in the country. Never again: Untrained Rude HOUR wait for chicken that already been ordered, she told me that doordash was the company responsible for the KFC app and they had no control over anything that the app said, including the tracking portion of the app. That is a lie. Those three girls at that drive-thru would have said anything, as long as the end result was me just driving away. Absolutely one of the worst drive-through experiences I have ever had.
