Well I just had a very good experience there thanks to wonderful manager Blair! Let's just say she really knows how to give customer service I'd mentioned a small problem I had last time and she did something that was very considerate-- that goes such a long way with me!! I appreciate it so much,,it shows that she really cares about giving good customer service....And I almost didn't even mention it. So she is the best manager they have ever had there, and I've been going there for years and years and years and years. I just deleted all my all reviews going back to 2013 it was just too long, LOL.
The food is always consistent, I highly recommend that you sign up for the app you will get promotions they may go to your spam but you should look for them because they're well worthwhile honestly there's some of the best promotions in the business and they come quite often. If you eat out a lot of times, you read those and you think what a great deal and how the food is decent, and you might want to come here. So reasonable.
Mostly I appreciate the staff CARLI is an awesome customer representative and she works so hard and so diligent and so nice. I've worked with Maddie for years and also have special things for Ariana and Jamie who helped me many times. Basically for me it comes down to the people! When you come there they get to know you they call you by name and your truly are treated like a king or queen.
No disrespect but this place well let's just say Panda Express doesn't hold a candle to Pei Wei. I also found the people there are very snooty like to give you doing you a favor and plenty of times are talking in tongue so you can understand them which I find to be very rude actually. So there's a reason it's called Panda EX. It's my ex for a long time just an FYI this is the best place to get the best value the best service and the best food always

Read moreI have Celiac disease, an autoimmune disorder which causes my body to attack itself and damage my intestinal lining if I consume gluten. Every Pei Wei location labels on its menu the items which are gluten-free, and Most Pei Wei locations can accommodate this by using clean utensils, and Tamari instead of soy sauce. In fact, most restaurants with clean practices and accommodate a gluten-free diet by using clean utensils and preparing the food away from any bread or soy sauce. At this location, however, the cashier assured me that my meal would be gluten-free, because it "already is". I asked what their protocol is, and he said that they don't have a protocol because the pan is clean. I peered into the kitchen and saw one dirty pan being used for all the meals. I asked how often they change the pan, and he said that they use the same pan for every meal. They "sanitize" it by getting it hot in between. Gluten is not a bacteria, you can't "kill" it. Instead, they just use the same dirty, food-covered pan with soy sauce burned onto it and reused spoon for every meal. Their so-called gluten-free options are NOT gluten free, and they are NOT safe for someone with celiac or a gluten sensitivity. Additionally, as some of their meals included peanuts, and they just reuse the same filthy pan, they would fully poison someone with a peanut allergy. Cashier acted like I was being unreasonable when I requested to have my order refunded, since I could not eat the food made with the dirty pan and spoon. He would have fully poisoned me with gluten and thought the dirty...

Itâs rare that I rate a Pei Wei low, but this location is certainly not up to the standards of the Pei Wei chain. As someone who orders thousands of dollars in catering every month and certainly utilizes Pei Wei on a very regular basis, this location has now dramatically disappointed me on more than four occasions. My orders typically exceed several hundred dollars each, yet I find them to be inflexible, unaccommodating, and generally non- customer oriented. The last time I tried to order from this location, they did not credit me my wei points and then made a large fuss about having to go back and find another receipt as I had already turned mine in for expense reimbursement.
In this situation, they did not pick up their phone before 10:45 AM (yes, I realize they donât open until 11, but I have not had this issue with any other Pei Wei in the entire Phoenix Valley) We had an issue with another caterer, and the woman that talks to me on the phone was rather abrupt, brusque and rude when I asked her for assistance feeding 20 people.
This attitude has cost them not just THIS order, but, on average, 1-2 orders a month for likely the foreseeable feature.
I called another location that was friendly, accommodating, and said theyâd be happy to help. Now THAT managerâs balance sheet instead of the...
