I am astonished at how incompetent 95% of the crew is at this place... How hard is it to make a coffee especially when someone is making the order absolutely crystal clear and makes sure to repeat it several times!? I am convinced they do not care one bit about the customers orders.. even when I go back inside after they make my coffee wrong they give attitude and make it wrong yet again! This place is a joke and needs to seriously consider hiring new people.... This is not a one time issue this is an every day thing... Avoid this place if you can..
Update!.... Was out of the country for a while and just got back. Over the weekend they seemed to have normal people working that had a capacity to take and understand simple coffee orders.... To my amazement I went back this morning to see the same exact people from months ago and I immediately knew there was going to be problems... I received my coffee and looked at the side of the cup to see what they put in it and once again they added things in there that I never asked for. I went into the store and told the dude with his nails painted that he made my coffee wrong and he tried to argue with me that he did not and tried to say that the label with what was in my coffee was incorrect and that they did not even have the product listed on my cup in the store. So I said Ok and I took a sip... It was in the coffee and I have no idea what else they put in there but it tasted like straight sugar and poison. I asked for another coffee to be made correctly and again gave him the simple instructions of what I wanted. He went back and made it and once again made it wrong and tasted terrible.. How the hell do these people still have a job here? This place is a literal circus..... The owner needs to fire these...
Read moreI hardly ever write bad reviews for these kind of joints because they usually just have kids running the whole show but holy cow. This location has made me decide I will never return to another Dunkin Location. To start, I use to order coffee from this location 3-5 times a week and I've been going for well-over a year so my data here is pretty accurate. This location tumbled into hell during the course of 2021.
When submitting online orders through their application you are looking at a 50% chance of it never being made by the staff. Then they act bewildered when you ask what's up with the order you had placed 20 minutes ago.
The cherry on top of this location is they say they will refund your online order if you can't wait another couple minutes for them to make it and they never do. I've spent $20 on coffee I never got to enjoy and there was not a single refund.
Today was a great day to confirm my thoughts of this location. I submitted an online order for a single coffee, though I was extremely hesitant given my past experience with this location, I figured why not, I'll give it one more shot. Order submitted, I show up 10 minutes later and the store is closed for the entire day. They allowed me to submit an online order to a location that was closed for the day because of construction?? Again, there will be no refund.
You'll be saving yourself more money and time by going to any Starbucks and you will get a more consistent tasting drink every time there as well. The folks here just eyeball portions and the drinks never taste the same each time you go.
I hope Dunkin can take a look at the management at this location, it seems as if they fail in every aspect...
Read moreI go to Dunkin infrequently and have been there three times in the last two months and to this one in particular. However my last visit was horrid. Okay, check this out. I ordered a chocolate glazed donut and hash browns.
Upon receiving my order, I opened the bag and looked at the donut and asked the cashier if I could exchange the donut for one that actually had more than a speck of chocolate as that is what you expect to get right, an actual chocolate glazed donut!
I was stunned when she replied "I am so sorry but we ran out of chocolate!" Wtheck! Then post a sign that says so I thought to myself as opposed to venting my frustrations out loud. I mean its a no-brainer and very deceptive to sell something that is to the contrary. A chocolate glazed donut with no chocolate …wow!
Then to add insult to injury metaphorically speaking, my hashbrowns were cold and I only discovered this after I left! I was not about to get a long line again and so I decided to take an (L).
Alas, I say this to Dunkin … the (L) works both ways as although I lost my money you have (L)ost a customer and no doubt many as of (L)ate.
In fact some of my co-workers have stated the same that its just not what it use to be. I have to say, I share...
