Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Scottsdale

Great staff onsite. 5 stars for them. My review after almost 20 years as a satisfied customer is changing from a 5 to a 1. I was told that the district management forced them to turn up the music so loud that it is difficult to have a conversation or enjoy reading the morning news. The barista (blonde lady that works in the mornings) does not make drinks how I order them.. it's not hard to make a cold brew with extra vanilla sweet cream... every time I get my drink, there is never satisfaction and I am always having to ask them to put more sweetener or cream in... we pay good money for a drink and it should be what I order, not up to your standard.. we will take our business across the street to AJs if...

Odd experience at a Starbucks, I texted 'K' and asked if she wanted me to bring coffee home. She texted back that she wanted a 'Med. Cold Foam Dark Cocoa Nitro'. This is currently a featured coffee drink on their website. Clerk didn't know what this was and said he couldn't make it. So we got Cold brewed iced coffee with extra shots. Still good but not what we wanted.
