Was here today, 3/31/24 around 4pm with my mom. We went up to the counter to order, and there were a few employees gathered together that looked over at us and then looked away. They then started arguing who should take our order!!! Finally a girl with faded, red hair walked over to us. We said to her “you guys could have just come over to take our order instead of arguing.” But instead, she very rudely said back to us that they were not arguing , and refused to take our order, then walked away!!
We had no choice but to use the kiosk to order.. normally I’m against using AI, but to my surprise the robot did a better job!! And it had No attitude ! It printed out our ticket and we then went over to the front counter once again… they saw us yet again and ignored us. It wasn’t until a women with long, dark hair came over to help us. (Possibly a manger?) we explained to her what happened, and then this one girl with , I guess you can say “red” hair (highly faded) (didn’t catch a name because nobody had a name tag ) but this girl argued with my mom saying that she did not argue on who was going to take the order.. the lady had this one young boy finish taking our order …
Well when that failed (big surprise at this point) the lady had to come over again to help us. Apparently this employee did not speak or understand English. He also was unable to count back the change … so this lady had to do his job yet again. Was he working or “ volunteering” this evening… because there are PLENTY of English speaking Americans in this country ( America ! Only 1 mile away from my home the line at drive thru was long, when inside the store for pick up I waited on the line, when I got to register, if I already paid, I needed to go pick up content and wait for my food, I wait for a few minutes, I asked the manager if my order was ready, then I was told I have to go back to the order line and check in for me to pick up my order and come back, I was trusted with their instructions. I asked the manager. What I need to get my order. He stated, they do not make anything or process my order until I check in at the store. He told me my order will not not be made. Since it is a few minutes past 10:30 am my order never got processed. The pre-paid charge will fall in 2 hours? Never got good, got charged. Read moreStealing money or what? Last night around 11:30pm I placed an order via the McDonald’s app. I paid for it on the app plus I had rewards points my total was $3.24. I used my American Express card which the $3.24 was taken off of. When I got to the window the lady told me that my car did not go through. I showed her the receipt she said no I didn’t go through. So I gave her my cash app card where she decided to charge it $5.00 which was not even the total of the entire order, it was $3.24. She also was right by the window running my card a whole bunch of times for different amounts. Hello.... Dont ppl know that you can look on your account and see the attempts made?? Then on top of that she asked me for a $1.25. Hungry and flustered bc the line took at least 30 minutes to get through. I just gave her the $1.25 and said just give me my food already.
