P.A.R.M Italia — Restaurant in Scottsdale

This vegan food truck is run by the owners of BEG Bakery and they sell food on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. The food truck is parked in the BEG parking lot and they usually have a couple of other food trucks there on the weekends. You can order the food inside the bakery and eat there if you don't want to take it to go. The chik'n parm sandwich is fantastic. It comes on a garlic bread twisted roll or a hoagie. You get a choice of the chik'n parm or eggplant parm and you also get pasta salad and a brownie all for only $20. They also gave us a free drink and a sample of their delicious oat milk ice cream. They will be adding more savory options soon as well as a gluten free option. Outstanding Italian food!! The owners put so much care into the preparation of the ingredients (14hrs for their marinara sauce!). And the cheese on the pizza had me in disbelief that it was vegan - they source it all the way from Brooklyn and it is so stringy! We ordered two pizzas and and combo appetizer plate and it was all so good I forgot to take proper photos of everything - the 'meat' has so much flavor and texture, really amazing. P.A.R.M Italia is attached to BEG bakery so we combined the meal with incredible desserts. The brownie Sundae (with macadamia nut ice cream) might just be one of the best things I've ever tasted! Has my family wishing we lived in Phoenix so we could go here more often. All around, P.A.R.M is AMAZING. The food is so perfectly made and absolutely delicious! The eggplant Parmesan is the best I’ve ever had, and the garlic roll and pasta salad make perfect sides for it. The meatball sandwich is also fantastic! You get a great amount of food, and also the bonus of it being right next to B.E.G. so you can grab a great drink and tasty treats while you’re there.
