Teribble experience...we ordered 3 pizzas and got 2. Then i got additude from the delivery driver after a 5 dollar tip and 5$ delivery charge. On the 2 pizzas i recieved each was 1/3 covered in bubbles and no cheese so a third of each pizza was useless. Worst pizzas...not one, but both ive ever recieved. I have pics of this disgrace as well.

WOW, seriously how is it that every single damn time we order delivery from here they screw it up. Our favorite part of PJ's is the peperoncini and the garlic cups, and every time we attempt to order extra and they completely fail. We have not ordered in 6 months for this very reason, we now buy our own pereroncini and have them in the fridge for the other pizza places we order from now. Well, we gave them another shot and they show up with the incorrect number of garlic. This is so frustrating because it is so stupid. Either the receipt the show up with is wrong, the driver blames someone at the store, or the store blames the driver. We said we would not give them a shot again, we did and they blew it. GO TO A DIFFERENT PJs if...

0 stars would be more accurate for this place. I ordered through the app, and have my address saved and have never had a problem when they had their own drivers delivering. But recently they’ve been pushing everything to DoorDash and putting in the incorrect address about 20 minutes away to an empty lot. I called the store and the older woman wasn’t helpful at all, put me on hold to get ahold of DoorDash and then hung up. They wanted to send cold food back out from there, I asked to switch to pickup and she confirmed they could do it. My bf went to pick it up and she voided the entire order without calling back and letting me know. Seems she couldn’t own up to giving DoorDash the completely...

Longtime customer, Great experience. The specialty pizza, extra sauce cups, extra pepperoncinis and chocolate chip cookie my wife and I ordered online was perfect and delicious, and our order arrived sooner than the estimated time. I was happy to hear from their clean-cut, polite delivery driver that Robert, the friendly and helpful manager we knew from 2017-2018, has been brought back as full-time operations manager at the Via Linda at Frank Lloyd Wright, Scottsdale Papa John’s location. As a manager in my own profession, I understand the difference is in the details, or in this case, ‘ingredients’.
