I need to start this by saying the concert I went to was AWESOME and the venue itself was pretty good too. If you are 21 or older there is an area (the bar) that you can hang out at and it has a sort of “VIP” feel to it. The bar is nice and has great prices as well as unique options. The relatively smaller size of the venue made for a very close and energetic vibe which everybody seemed to love. The only poor part of this experience was the service. When we asked for water from the bar tender, they told us “there’s water right there” then proceeded to point at an almost empty jug of water that was put out for the kids that were moshing hard at this event. When I say kids, I mean children. Almost everybody at this event was around the age of 16 it seemed. Those kids needed that water so they wouldn’t pass out, we just wanted cold water. Which we felt we deserved after tipping over 20$ for just a couple rounds of drinks for 2 people. To top that, when a different employee went to refill the water jug, he stopped in front of the kids with the jug to intentionally torment the kids who were literally on the edge of passing out. The security guard was also nothing great as he just sat there and unintentionally let a handful of kids through to the bar. Seemed like a bit of an unorganized and heartless staff.

I went for the Chiefs / Raiders game. It was an over the top experience for a Chiefs fan. They have a DJ who stirs up the enthusiasm from an already excited crowd as well as playing music over the commercials, and he announced birthdays of several people there. They had a raffle for Chiefs swag. A bucket of 5 Buds was $15. I didn't see a food menu but the DJ would announce pizza deliveries -- because pizza and football go hand in hand. How cool is that? They have Kilt Lifter, Blue Moon and others on tap. It was great fun to be with other Chiefs fans. Most of the patrons were wearing Chiefs jerseys. I wore my Home Sweet Mahomes tshirt. Mahomes was brilliant and led the Chiefs to another victory. I met a bunch of friendly K.C. transplants, too. It was the best.

Badass bar. Great atmosphere and has pretty decent live music. Mostly Hader rock /metal bands. But don't let that intimidate you because this place is truly welcoming to everyone.... except on Sundays in the fall when it becomes a KANSAs CITY CHEIFS football fan bar. Which as a life long chargers fan is my only gripe (and a faux one at that)!!

Would give this place a zero if I could. Poorly managed, treats artists and fans poorly as well. Went to the Kenny Holland concert tonight with my friend so she could meet him per a "bring 3 friends & meet Kenny after the show" deal. Before the show, my friend spoke with his sister and she said she'd get us in. So we go and see him. After we were waiting in the line supposedly to meet him and were then kicked out of the venue and told we were "not on the list". Then we waited for TWO hours after being yelled at and pushed around by security when there was no one else there. After all this commotion and even the family and band mates of the singer were kicked out, they took my friend back while the rest of us waited outside. Even the singer's dad told us that security was rude and pushy as well as the venue being unorganized and rude. Horrible place, will never...

Neighbourhood (KC Chiefs) bar.

(edit). I went there today before 6 pm and was told I couldn't go in because they're doing a sound check for the talent tonight, and they would open the doors for the show, (whenever that is).

Not such a regular bar as to pay attention to their regulars. Just would have liked an after work drink. Had to go somewhere else. I guess it's nice if they feel like being open, but who knows when that is..

...another night. So stopping by on a Friday night, the bartender was not willing to acknowledge that he threw out my drink while I wasn't paying attention. I'm wouldn't recommend the Friday night bartender to. anyone. My friend offered to buy the bar a round and the jerk said she was too much work. I guess they don't want our business. Weekends are not the time...
