Subway — Restaurant in Scottsdale

I do normally go to subway 3 times a week. Today when I went in at 9.45pm I ordered the food and the food is good but there are 2 workers working at that time a boy and a girl. After me and my wife took the food and sat down at around 9.50pm they said u must leave by 10 because we will close at 10 and I said OK. In between one old woman who finished her order and when she left those workers are commenting on her and I can hear that clearly. That's not the way how they should be they should have manners.

And the main thing exactly at 10 lady came and said u must leave now and I requested for 5 more minutes.and she said OK but immediately after a 2 min she came in again and asked us to GET OUT and I got obsessed and I asked her do we need to stop eating right now and leave can't u give us 5min and immediately another guy came with a shouting voice and said GET OUT right now. I haven't faced this type of experience anytime in my life. He ven said GET OUT right now or we will call cops. I don't know that 5 more minutes after closing time is a big crime. I said OK and we left the food on the table and we left.

This is the bad bad experience in whole life and I don't want to go to that subway again. I don't know about other workers but these 2 are so so bad and I dont know why subway hires such a bad guys.

Plz guys give customers some respect and plz learn manners go to some school.

And also when I asked for Avocado in my sub he said we will not serve Avocado after 9.30pm and when I speak to the store manager a day later they said they will serve till closing time. Is this the way they tell lies to customers by not providing the available...

Since quarantine I have placed 4 orders online for pick up from this location.

The first order they forgot to put cheese on both of the sandwiches. ( kind of a big deal)

The second order had a special note put in the note section saying ( PLEASE DON'T FORGET THE CHEESE). Picked up the subs and brought them home with the note clearly visible on the receipt. Both subs did not have ANY CHEESE.

Third time I went to pick up the subs and I asked if I could open the sandwiches to make sure that there is indeed cheese on them. I said the last 2 orders and 4 sandwiches made did not have cheese and I even put special notes. They gave me an attitude and looked dumbfounded as to why I was questioning them.

A little time passed until today I ordered 2 more subs. One toasted one not. The sub I got is not good untoasted and needs to be toasted. Again, it says "toasted right on the order and receipt". Upon getting home just now my sandwich is as cold as day and never touched an oven.

I don't know what kind of people are working here or what the hiring process is, but you need to reconsider your sandwich artists and hire people more capable of reading basic directions. I would like to be compensated for not receiving what I ordered 3 TIMES. If anyone from this location reads this,...

If you order from this store,, for delivery from the Subway app, DO NOT order chips or drinks. I have ordered from this store several times and have been sent only sandwiches and no sides. They'll charge you for it, but won't deliver them. When I've tried to call and complain, I get no answer. The other day (Feb. 4, 2024), I ordered a sandwich, with Chips and soda, and of course, no chips and soda. When I called, I got through, and the person who answered said, he remembered my order and he wrote on the receipt to let the Door Dasher know to include the chips and drink. The employee said he saw no reason for him to go around the counter to get the chips and the drink, when the driver can do it instead. Great customer service. In all I figured I've been shorted about 5 or 6 side orders in the last few months. Why do I still order from here?It's close by, it's tasty and it's affordable....when I get my sides. I've complained to corporate but never received a reply back. Be warned, don't order chips, drinks or any other sides for delivery, because they'll just pawn the blame off onto the delivery driver, who just takes what's given to...
