@google, I wish I could dislike (thumbs up or down) other reviews. It's far time to change the algorithm and put reviews on a weighted scale. Most of these 1 star reviews are idiotic, irrelevant and harsh to say the least. People, ... don't bother writing a 1 star review over a single encounter and your hurt feelings! For example: @d sander "app never works seamlessly. Not this store in particular." So write a review of the app! ugh!
People just want to be heard and whine, so they leave a 1 star instead of honesty and really evaluating their entire experience.
Anyway!! The staff here is amazing! Nick, Jenny, Haley, Marissa, Ashton, to name a few. 9 times out of 10 I'm greeted with a smile and hello upon arrival. Barista's offer me suggestions when asked and are always eager to be helpful to my dumb questions like "how do I know how many points are expiring?"
Most of the time I go get coffee here for the people interaction and warm welcoming not the coffee. The coffee is just an added bonus. The staff here takes pride in there work and gives the locals a sense of community. You all are appreciated, keep up...
Read moreI normally come in the mornings before work, and the morning crew is fantastic. But I have to say this afternoon I was absolutely appalled by the person they had working at the register. It was someone I’d never seen there before and I ordered a soy vanilla latte and a soy white mocha frap with no whip. He proceeds to tell me that people who order whip cream with soy irritate him. That’s what I normally get but whatever I let it go. I then told him it’s not an allergy thing with me but a taste preference and he seriously told me soy milk is worse for you than regular milk. He then asked for my name which is Gabby and he verbatim responds, “Shabby Gabby.......just kidding.” I don’t know what the hell was this guys problem but I did not find it funny or appropriate to do that to anyone let alone a paying customer. I told the barista who was working and she said she’d talk to him about it but it really doesn’t sit well with me. The mango dragon turned out to be milky, i questioned he responsed "oh, there is actually a new drink call the dragonfruit which is this has coconut in it..." he doesnt bother to clarify his order before placing it. At the i wanted the reusable plastic cups he said he is out straw ... never offer to grant my straws next time when i come in. He said, " if you really care for them you can go to another starbucks and ask them for it ..." I was like "hmm...." he then reply "I tried to tell u ...we r out of those straws" Come on now, everyone knows Starbuck is frachise how us that make sense for ask other Starbucks to pay the things that you dont have??
