Do not recommend this location. It was my first time getting a facial in a decade and I was so excited to stop by after reading reviews.

I was scheduled with Maddie B. Upon hearing about my Gluten allergy she became extremely frustrated and flustered. (She started 15 mins late on me so I think she was already in a bad mood running behind and having to read the allergy book was slowing her down more) however I did not mind the delay as I was relaxing. I started to notice her bad attitude and aggressive behavior towards me almost immediately. She didn’t walk me through anything she was doing and was getting VERY annoyed if I kindly asked questions. I asked what an extraction was and she was extremely rude and rolling her eyes. She dermaplaned me dry and put on the mask right after so it was slightly stinging from the extremely dry dermaplane and this really annoyed her.

When she began the extraction she said “let me know if it hurts and I can stop for a min” after about 2 mins I kindly said I just need a min. She ripped her gloves off and threw them down on the table and said “well since you can’t handle that let’s move on” I was so shocked at this point I thought she was joking. I laughed it off and said she could totally continue and I was just letting her know I needed a minute like she asked.

At this point she was being extremely aggressive and I asked if everything was ok and I said “sorry if I’m asking too many questions, I just like to learn about the service” and she got up and said this service is over and said I can leave, humiliating me in the middle of their open floor salon in front of other clients. I asked her what happened because I was very caught off guard and she was SO angry.

I was absolutely shocked and confused. She went up to the front desk and said she couldn’t handle this and to “cancel the rest of her clients”. Both myself and the front desk worker were in total shock. I was given a new esthetician and Maddie continued to show her unprofessionalism by loudly talking about me in front of the salon.

Management was very apologetic for her outburst and said she was hormonal and brought her personal problems to work today. They did their best to rectify the situation and someone else completed my facial. I am satisfied with how they made things right but I left feeling humiliated, confused and shocked on what was supposed to be a relaxing day.

it has been officially two weeks since my wrinkle prevention injectable service and i am ecstatic with my results!! Spencer was extremely knowledgeable, receptive, and mindful of my wants and concerns. I really felt like she listened to me, and honestly the proof is in the pudding. My eyes look brighter, and I no longer crease in my forehead when i apply/wear makeup. When I tell others I got botox everyone has said my results are very natural and asked me where I got it all done and of course I tell them, you need to go to Hi, skin and see Spencer!! She talked me through every step and I felt very comfortable. Compared to other med spas in the area, you definitely get way more value here at Hi, skin from the price point to the atmosphere, and the customer service. Hi, skin has always felt like a hang out spot where I can get beautified, sit back, and relax. I’ve been a member for over a year and have loved every second. Let me first start off by saying before I started coming here I had my skin under control and pretty clear . One day when scrolling on Instagram I saw an AD for this place and was interested on bettering my skin . So I booked an appointment and when I got there , I mentioned it to the girl that I had acne prone skin and what I wanted to improve. However after my first treatment everything seemed okay until I started using the products that I was sold. Let me tell y’all it made my skin worst !!! After a month of trying the products I mentioned this to my esthetician and she said to mix it with a different product they sell , hoping it would help but it didn’t , it made it even worse .
