I recently had the pleasure of stopping by the Starbucks in McCormick Ranch and I must say, it was a great experience. The drinks were delicious and the staff were friendly, making it the perfect pit stop on our bike ride.

As soon as we arrived at the Starbucks, we were struck by the convenience of the bike rack, outdoor seating, and shade. It was the perfect spot to rest and refuel after a long ride, and the friendly staff made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in.

We decided to try the Salted Caramel Crème Cold Brews and were not disappointed. The cold brew was smooth and refreshing, with just the right amount of sweetness and a hint of saltiness from the caramel crème. It was the perfect pick-me-up on a hot day.

But the drinks weren't the only highlight of our visit. The staff at this Starbucks location were friendly and efficient, making the process of ordering and paying a breeze. They chatted with us while they prepared our drinks, making the experience feel personal and welcoming.

Overall, I am extremely impressed with the Starbucks in McCormick Ranch and will definitely be returning for more delicious drinks in the future. Walking into this Starbucks each morning feels less like visiting a chain and more like stepping into a warm, welcoming neighborhood café. From the very first visit, Ramon, Cassie, Sosha, and Kara have gone above and beyond to make each experience feel personal, intentional, and heartfelt.

They greet me by name. They know my drink without having to ask. But more than that, they treat me like family—with genuine kindness, radiant energy, and an attention to detail that’s rare even in the most intimate cafes.

It’s not often you find a team so deeply invested in what they do—especially under the umbrella of a massive global brand. But somehow, this crew takes the big Starbucks name and delivers the heart and soul of a mom-and-pop shop. Their passion, consistency, and love for the community shine through in every interaction.

Live in New York, but in-laws and extended family lives in the area, and frequent this Starbucks often as it’s in walking distance to where we stay.

I’ve been coming here for years, and during that time, a large portion of the staff, has remained the same. That should tell you everything about the work environment and overall vibe of the store. Super friendly, lots of local locals come and hang out.

I always have a great experience, but today in particular, when I walked over after placing my order on the app, there is a sign on the door that said they were only doing orders through the drive-through for the time being. Since I didn’t have a car, I called the store, and without me having to tell them, they knew who I was, said they were going to remake my drink because it had gotten a little water down, and then hand-delivered it to me outside.
