Tonight i placed an order on the website for 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and a junior bacon cheeseburger. I placed the order at 6:07 PM. I live about a mile or so. I select drive thru as the pickup
I get to the drive thru and tell them i have a mobile order for James. The guy tells me i have to go inside for mobile orders which i find odd since i selected Drive Thru as the pick up. I go inside and now i have to wait in the back of the line again. I wait another 15 or 20 minutes just to tell them I have a mobile order. I mention it to the cashier about what happened and he doesn't know why i was told to come inside. I ask to speak to the manager. He said, the drive thru guy is new. He didn't know. I told the manager guy that I had to get back in line and people already got their food ahead of me.
I stand there for another 10 or 15 min waiting for my food. The one girl had to remake my burger because she messed it up. They put one of the chicken sandwiches in my bag already. The only good thing the manager did right was tell her to give me 2 fresh ones because the one in the bag was sitting there for 10 minutes. That's the only thing the manager did right. When i complained about the wait. He said that i would have had to wait that long anyway. Is he trying to tell me that even if i didn't come into the restaurant. I would have to wait 30 minutes for 2 chicken sandwiches and a junior bacon cheeseburger. That's pathetic.
Just for context. In the 30 minutes i waited for 3 items . 2 door dashers already came in and got their food. The customer in front of me in line when i had to go in the place got their food, and the person ahead of me and the people behind me in the drive thru all got their food well before me.
The only reason why i go to Wendy's is for the chicken sandwiches. I have been going to that location for 40 years. I will never go to...

To get checked out and also waited on I spent over $55 on my entire order for my family and I. Restaurant was completely disgusting with no clean tables. The soda and condiment stand was completely empty of small lids and no forks there was barely any napkins. Worst of all they screwed up my daughters order which I paid for. Then on top of that I waited for bags to take my food home. Never got them. Then I wanted to speak to the manager and all I got was, "what do you want me to do about it." And sorry. I thought was absolutely pathetic. So here are some of my items I order just got home and opened my food to this. That was supposed to be my baked potatoe with cheese and bacon asked for chives and sour cream and butter and never got it . Second picture jr bacon cheeseburger. Fries were supposed to be a medium and this is what I got. Next also asked for sweet and sour sauce and got ranch which I never wanted. 4 piece nugget I got 3 Pieces. So tn when I was served a half frozen cheeseburger from the drive thru, I went inside this location to the front counter to ask for the burger to simply be reheated. Upon arrival I witnessed the employee at the counter being extremely rude to an elderly man for NO reason at all. When it was my turn, I very kindly asked for my burger to be reheated, as it was freezing cold. The same girl was extremely rude, unpleasant and had an extremely horrendous attitude, even when I was being polite. She comes back and hands me another FREEZING COLD burger. And when I asked if she wanted the first one back, she snapped at me saying “throw it out.” At this point I just took the frozen burger and left. To add fuel to the fire, the nuggets were undercooked and we found hair on multiple. This incident occurred on November 5th at 7:40 pm.
