Habit Burger & Grill — Restaurant in Seal Beach

BEWARE!! Use CASH if you go to this location!!! I got The Habit on 4/9 and its brand new. The patty was pink and everything was squished in the bag & wet from the sauce. Brought ALL THE FOOD BACK, including the drinks. Requested a refund that same day and I have yet to see a refund in my account. Used a debit card so technically the money should have been given back to me that same day. They do not have an instant refunding system, you have to EMAIL the corporate to request a refund. There is NO PHONE NUMBER to complain or talk to someone. You just have to HOPE that someone is going to respond. I mean, its pretty much stealing u know, I returned the product and never got my refund. They have until Friday to give me back the money (5-7 business days) but who knows. Now I'm stuck between a hard place and a rock, paid for something that I never got, and its almost going to be 3 weeks later and still no refund. Its horrible. Never been thru this before in my life. AND they JUST opened?? Crazy.

My son went into the store and placed a to go order for a Hawaiian burger and a Santa Barbara char. Also ordered fries and green bean fries. Upon arriving home we opened the bag an discovered a cheeseburger and a chicken sandwich. The fries and green bean fries were correct. My son returned to the store and was given the correct order. I was hungry and just ate the cheeseburger which in my opinion was not very good. I always order the Hawaiian burger with no cheese. They replaced the Hawaiian burger and green bean fries which was a waste since I was already full from the cheeseburger. A refund would have been the correct solution. I am home sick and a relative just picked me up some Habit for the family. Once he dropped the food at the house, we realized they didn't give us our fries or onion rings. My Santa Barbara Char was more mayo than meat and just thrown together. I have loved the Habit for years and usually go to the one on Knott and had never had an issue.
