I ordered an iced mocha and it was so loaded with chocolate it was black and there was more syrup at the bottom that wasn’t stirred in. When I took a drink it was nothing but chocolate syrup. When I told them there was way way to much chocolate she said “ well you didn’t tell us to use less chocolate!” And I said , I didn’t know you were going to use 1/2 a bottle! She Remade the coffee by dumping half out and refilling with milk but no more coffee. It was disgusting so I threw it out. It’s really a-shame that we need to argue with the person making the coffee when surely no one would have drank a cup with more syrup than milk in it then to not just remake the drink and add coffee. Her snd the other girl were too busy in their conversation to care about customers!! Step it up Costa!! You have no one in line...

Just ordered a latte, and was not worth the wait. Two espresso machines going, and the woman who helped me on cash, jumped on a machine to help with backlog. When I finally got my latte, it was nothing but warm flat milk - little espresso flavour. I thought about asking the other barista to remake my drink because of the seem of lack of care on cash, and fumbling around of the second machine, but noticed that she was just making every espresso drink with skim milk, instead of whole milk, and I’m certain there were not 12 skim milk requests for the groups ahead of me. Super weird place. Not worth the wait, or the money spent.

Also weirdly set up. Self order kiosks all out of order. And a self serve line too. Very...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Costa Coffee at SeaTac International Airport is a total hidden gem for travelers! I stopped by during a layover and was immediately impressed by the welcoming staff and the cozy, clean setup. The baristas were lightning fast but still took time to make my flat white just right—rich, velvety, and piping hot. ☕✨

The pastries were fresh and surprisingly delicious for airport food—definitely grab the almond croissant if you see it! 🥐 The seating area gave me a great little pocket of calm amid the airport bustle, and the charging outlets nearby were a huge bonus. 🔌💺

Whether you’re racing to your gate or have time to spare, this Costa is absolutely worth the stop. Fuel up and...

Stopped here while we were flying out with Alaska. $9 for a cold brew nitro, $6 for a mocha. Their touch screens were half not working and the receipt paper was out. The coffee came fairly quick and hot which I appreciate because we were in a bit of a rush to get to the gate. Coffee was average but fairly strong so can't complain. With the lack of customer service, wait time and drink choices I didn't tip as much as I normally would. All in all I'd come back but I'd probably look for a different place to try next time.

The person that took my order was great! Amazing energy :) I got a masala chai latte with oat milk. Big YUM. And I got the Vegan sandwich. Bruh. It was so much better than I could’ve predicted ! Vegan egg and cheese with spinach and some onion. On a grilled bread. Crunchy! The vibes were on high bc this dude was playing the bass on the stage across the cafe. Good vibes and good food 😎
