I stopped into the airport P.F. Chang’s with some time to kill before my flight, expecting the usual sterile pre-boarding experience, but instead I stumbled into what can only be described as an airport miracle. Missy, my server, was a beacon of humanity in a day otherwise packed with grumpy TSA agents and overpriced bottled water. She offered me a pomegranate lemonade, and when I asked about adding a shot of tequila, she gave me the honest truth: it would run me twenty-nine dollars. A lesser server might have finessed that into a sale, but Missy, operating on a higher moral plane, saved me from financial ruin. Needing a drink nonetheless, I ordered a cold Space Needle IPA instead — a beer so tasty it made me briefly forget that airports are designed by sadists. The food was solid (Asian pear sake and the chocolate peanut butter cream pie, both a respectable 7/10), but Missy was a 10/10 in human form. She’s the kind of server who has clearly spent 15 years mastering her craft — funny, attentive, and deeply kind. She even used her local knowledge to point out Mount Rainier from the restaurant’s huge glass windows, which turned an ordinary mid-afternoon hangout into an unforgettable moment of awe. The view of the runway, the natural light, and Missy’s kindness combined into something almost cinematic. I left convinced that this location is being carried on the capable shoulders of one woman. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I'm not sure what to say on this one. I had asked for a recommendation for crispy and spicy, I was recommended the kung Pao extra spicy. The dish was neither crispy nor spicy! What it was was soggy and salty. It seems the cooks just added more doubanjiang when they heard spicy. This just made it unbearably salty. I'm sure the curated dishes are fine, but for 26 bucks for a plate of wet chicken I can't rationalize a second try. It was 60 bucks total. 16 for beer (larger than I asked for didn't finish it) 26 for chicken desc'd above w rice X for broccoli Y for taxes and tip. Meh Please note I was to hungry to complain about the red sea on my plate I was hungry. They would have fixed it if I had communicated it earlier, I wasn't going to try and get it remade or a refund after I ate.

EDIT: 12/17/24 - I do see a refund posted to my bank account but still haven't heard anything from anyone.

This restaurant made my daughter sick and no one involved cares at all or will contact me to address the situation.

My wife and daughter ate here on 11/24/2024 specifically because of PF Changs allergy handling protocols. My daughter has celiac disease and can't eat gluten or else she will get physically sick. Unfortunately, this is also NOT a real PF Changs but is operated by Concessions International under some sort of licensing agreement and this restaurant failed us miserably.

My wife and daughter went out of their way to order gluten free food and expressed their concerns. The server upsold them on "gluten free lo mein", which they accepted. It was served on a gold rimmed "allergy plate" per PF Changs protocols. My wife and daughter confirmed again with the server that all of the food was gluten free again and were told it was, so they began to eat their food.

Eventually the manager came over with the server and in a roundabout way explained that the lo mein was NOT actually gluten free and that sorry, but the system they use to look up food allergens has been offline for months. The "sorry" was the full extent of their solution, and looking over the bill later they even charged us for the "gluten free" lo mein.

My daughter then had to get on a flight, physically ill after mistakenly eating gluten.

I talked to a store manager in person a few days later who promised they would get back to me. I've left multiple voice mail for the Seattle operations manager for Concessions International, I contacted the Concessions International office, heck I even wrote PF Changs and to this date have heard nothing back from anyone.

If they can screw something this basic up this doesn't seem like a safe place to eat and sadly no one there seems to care...

I had a fantastic experience at PF Chang’s! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting—modern yet cozy, with just the right balance of energy and relaxation. The staff was welcoming and attentive, making sure everything was perfect from start to finish.

A special shoutout to Eric, the bartender, who truly elevated the experience. Not only was he friendly and professional, but he also crafted the best espresso martini I’ve ever had—perfectly balanced, smooth, and just the right touch of indulgence. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and it shows.

The food, as always, was flavorful and fresh. Each dish was beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. Pairing it with that incredible cocktail made for an unforgettable evening.

Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for great food, top-tier service, and a relaxing, stylish atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back—especially for another one of Eric’s...
