This is a beautiful space to have Events both big and small. There is a small space downstairs that isn’t much, but could fit easily 100 people and tables and chairs. And upstairs there is a very large beautiful space with a wraparound balcony and a large stage. I have gone to dance classes here, fundraisers here, and many other events and it is always stunning because of the space itself. There is really no parking in this area or at the space but I have been to events where they utilize the elementary parking one block away.

First time visit to participate in "Choir! Choir! Choir!" event on a very warm Spring evening. Wonderful old building in a leafy neighborhood. We were unsure about parking but had no problem finding a space within easy walking distance. Excellent auditorium space although it was quite warm with 500 people even with the windows all open. Recommended but if it's warm and you dislike the heat, wear light clothing and consider taking a fan.

Washington Hall is such a stellar event venue in Seattle and it's great to see it still thriving! A few years back Sensebellum had the honor of exhibiting some of our interactive science art installations alongside other notable locals for "The Future List 2018" thanks to the team at the City Arts Magazine. Good times were had and here's to more in the future!

Only ever been here for DEFY wrestling events, but the venue is pretty spacious considering how small it looks from the outside. The building is older and has a ton of historical charm to it.

One of my favorite parts about the place is actually the concession booth! The guys who hand out the drinks and snacks are charmingly some of the friendliest and funniest out there. They don't just rush you through, and always have time for a sweet word or two. I don't know if they're employed by DEFY or the cafe itself, but they're keepers for sure, and the reason I can never seem to walk by without buying a beer and some M&Ms. 😊

And if you haven't been to a DEFY wrestling show before, you should definitely check it out here sometime! Even if you're not a wrestling fan, the crowd's energy level is crazy, the athletes are engaging, and before you know it you're chanting "DE-FY!" with the...

This is the spot in the CD! Too much and too often we see new buildings, new structures rising, eroding the history and culture of the area. The local flavor has been regraded like so many Seattle hills, and it's place, we get Starbucks. If you're interested in checking out the local history, the local products, and you don't want to compromise on quality, check out Cypher Cafe! This is a comforting environment, albeit a slightly unconventional one for a cafe, and the atmosphere is community oriented, with the conversational and casual ambience of a barbershop. Haven't tried the food yet but it looks bomb as hell. Check this place out! Get of your bubvle and visit a real Seattle original run by a real...

Went and saw Wild Nothing & Beach Fossils play here after the concert was moved from The Crocodile. Great venue on the inside, would be perfect for mid-size events and proms, but they are not setup for concerts. Doors were supposed to be at 7pm with the concert starting at 8pm but they didn't let people in until 8:30pm. This meant that the concert went past midnight. But they cutoff Beach Fossils in the middle of the encore because of noise ordinances, so we all had to leave. Horrible planning by them and also the sound quality was...
